Clinical Effect Of Wrist Ankle Acupuncture Combined With Liuwei Dihuang Pills In The Treatment Of Pain And Swelling After Knee Arthroplasty

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of wrist ankle acupuncture combined with Liuwei Dihuang pills in the treatment of chronic swelling and chronic pain after total knee arthroplasty.Relieving the pain of the patient so that the patient is able to exercise better.And a satisfactory joint is obtained to improve the satisfaction of postoperative curative effect.Provide clinical basis for the treatment of chronic pain after TKA.Methods:From August 1,2016 to May 1,2017,the standard of TKA is chronic pain after operation,and the postoperative pain duration is more than 2 months.Randomly divides into 3 groups according to random numbers,including wrist ankle acupuncture combined with Liuwei Dihuang pills group,the wrist and ankle acupuncture group,the control group.Specific methods:Positive control group:When pain score>3,oral celecoxib treatment was given,200mg/times,2 times/day,oral administration for 30 days.Wrist ankle acupuncture combined with Liuwei Dihuang pills group:on the basis of positive control group,The patients took Liuwei Dihuang pills 8 capsules/times,3 times/day,30 days.And the acupuncture time was 30 minutes,1 times/3 days,10 times in the 3,4 and 5 areas under the acupuncture of wrist ankle acupuncture.Wrist ankle acupuncture group:on the basis of the positive control group,the acupuncture time was 30 minutes,l times/3 days,l0 times in the 3,4and 5 areas under the acupuncture of wrist ankle acupuncture.VAS score and HSS score were measured before treatment,fifteenth days,thirtieth days,2 months after treatment and 8 months after treatment.And the 5cm thigh diameter of the knee was measured before treatment,fifteenth days,thirtieth days,2 months after treatment and 8 months after treatment.Results:Except for 7 cases,the rest of the 113 cases were followed up for 8 months.There was no significant difference in the basic data of sex,age,weight and height in all three groups of patients who were followed up for 8 months.There was no significant difference in VAS score and HSS score between the three groups before treatment(P>0.05).VAS score:Wrist Ankle acupuncture combined with Liuwei Dihuang Pills group was significantly lower than that of wrist ankle acupuncture group and positive control group after VAS treatment,the VAS scores before and after treatment were significantly different(P<0.05).The VAS score of wrist ankle acupuncture combined with Liuwei Dihuang pills group was significantly lower than that of wrist ankle acupuncture group and positive control group.On the basis of oral celecoxib,Wrist ankle acupuncture combined with Liuwei Dihuang pills is better than other two groups in relieving pain.HSS score:Wrist Ankle acupuncture combined with Liuwei Dihuang pills group was significantly higher than that of wrist ankle acupuncture group and positive control group after HSS treatment.And the HSS scores before and after treatment were significantly different(P<0.05).The HSS score of wrist ankle acupuncture combined with Liuwei Dihuang pills group was significantly higher than that of wrist ankle acupuncture group and positive control group.It indicates that wrist ankle acupuncture combined with Liuwei Dihuang pills can improve knee function better on the basis of oral celecoxib.The degree of swelling of the knee joint:There was no significant difference in the degree of knee joint swelling between the four groups before treatment(P>0.05).Knee swelling and regressive degree of Wrist ankle acupuncture combined with Liuwei Dihuang pills group had significantly better than wrist ankle acupuncture group and positive control group(P<0.05).On the basis of oral celecoxib,wrist ankle acupuncture combined with Liuwei Dihuang pills to promote swelling subsided is better than the other two groups.Conclusion:On the basis of oral celecoxib,Wrist ankle acupuncture combined withLiuwei Dihuang pills is applied to patients with chronic swelling after knee replacement.It can better relieve the pain of the knee joint and Improve the function of the knee joint and promote the swelling and decline.
