| Objective:Eucommia ulmoides waist kang mixture for homemade Chinese medicine,combined Chinese and western medicine hospital in wuhan city has the kidney,benefiting qi and blood,strong bones and muscles,Allen sodium phosphate is the third generation of bisphosphonates drugs,is China’s current development and synthesis of a few approved the use of one of the effective drugs clinical prevention and treatment of osteoporosis.This topic through the analysis of primary osteoporosis fracture after PKP holds the surgical treatment in patients with lumbar kang mixture with Allen sodium phosphate application of eucommia bark before and after treatment,clinical symptoms,signs,bone mineral density and bone metabolism index and again hair fracture factors,evaluation of eucommia ulmoides waist kang mixture with Allen sodium phosphate treatment of primary osteoporosis fracture after PKP holds the clinical therapeutic effect and security,and to provide clinical basis for traditional Chinese medicine compound,rich new method for treatment of primary osteoporotic fracture.Method:According to the clinical diagnosis standard of primary osteoporotic fracture and the indication and emergency range of drug use,the corresponding inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria for this clinical study were formulated.Screening in November 2015--July 2017 combine traditional Chinese and western medicine hospital in wuhan city and spine were diagnosed patients of primary osteoporotic thoracolumbar fractures,a total of 120 cases,random points are in the control group and observation group.Control group patients give Allen sodium phosphate(products from hangzhou of China and the United States to Merck,product specification is 70 mg/piece,one at a time,once a week,in the morning on an empty stomach with more than 200 ml warm water swallow,can’t eat in half an hour peace lying),on the basis of observation group patients in the control group therapy plus cortex eucommiae waist kang mixture(since the pharmaceutical products from wuhan city combine traditional Chinese and western medicine hospital,oral,one 10--15 ml,two times a day).Two groups of patients were started on the day of surgery treatment,4 weeks for a period of treatment,two groups of patients were three courses of treatment,and at 3 and 6 months after treatment were observed before and after treatment of VAS(pain score),BMD(bone density),BGP(osteocalcin),P1NP(serumⅠtropocollagen N-terminal propeptide).The clinical efficacy,new fracture rate and incidence of adverse reactions were recorded.The collected data into the database,and use SPSS 22.0 statistical software for statistical data analysis and processing,measurement data using x±s,comparison between the two groups using t test,counting data powerusageeffectiveness said,between the two groups by χ2 test,with P<0.05 for the difference was statistically significant,P>0.05 for no statistical significance.Result:After treatment,the total treatment effect of the two groups was significantly higher than that of the control group.1、VAS score comparison:two groups of patients after treatment for 3 months,6 months of VAS scores compared with before treatment were significantly lower,the observation group of patients after treatment for 3 months,6 months of VAS score is higher than the control group,but there was no statistical difference(P>0.05)difference comparison,that both groups of drugs for pain relief.2、laboratory data comparison:two groups of patients after treat ment for 3 months,6 months,BMD,BGP,P1 NP data level are higher than before the treatment,and the observation group of patients with the treatment time of gradually extend the data level higher than the control group,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The results showed that both groups could improve BMD,BGP and P1 NP,and effectively treat osteoporosis in patients,but the observation group was better than the control group at the treatment level.3、two groups of patients with clinical curative effect comparison:two groups of patients after complete three treatment on the clinical curative effect evaluation and measurement of observation group total effective rate was 90.00%,control group total effective rate was 51.67%,that differences between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting the Allen phosphonic acid sodium treatment add Du Zhongkang mixture on the basis of the treatment effect is better.4、two groups of adverse reaction and recurrence in patients with fracture incidence comparison:observe and record the whole experiment process caused by drugs or may cause adverse events and adverse drug reactions,measurement of adverse drug reactions occurred in the observation group of patients in 13 cases,the incidence is 21.2%;There were 23 cases of adverse drug reactions in the control group,with an incidence of 37.8%.The comparison between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).No recurrent fractures occurred in the observation group,with an incidence of 0.00%;In the control group,there were 19 cases with recurrent fractures,with a rate of 32.14%.There were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the observation group had an advantage over the control group.Conclusion:Allen sodium phosphate is the third generation of bisphosphonates drugs,Allen sodium phosphate is suitable for the elderly and postmenopausal women,their rights and osteoporosis in patients with bone mineral density,bone quality,repair of bone microstructure,inhibitory effect of osteoclasts,has a significant role in regulating bone metabolism,and its safety in extensive clinical application has been received.Eucommia
