Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis With Yin Deficiency And Collaterals Stasis By Nourishing Yin And Dredging Collaterals

Objective Observe the clinical efficacy and safety of nourishing yin and dredging collaterals in treating chronic atrophic gastritis with yin deficiency and collaterals stasis.it can provide practical theoretical and clinical basis to further optimize the treatment scheme of chronic atrophic gastritis with yin deficiency and collaterals stasis,and lay the foundation for the further development of new Chinese medicine.Methods The patients who met the clinical inclusion criteria of chronic atrophic gastritis with yin deficiency and collateral-stasis type were selected as the treatment objects.According to the method of random digital table,the patients were divided into two groups,the control group of 50 cases were treated with Yangweishu capsule.The treatment group(50 cases)was treated with Yangwei and Luoyin.Both groups were treated with 12 weeks as a course of treatment.After medication,the clinical symptoms,gastroscopic and pathological changes of the two groups were observed,and the safety detection was performed at the same time.At the end of the course of treatment,the data were statistically analyzed and the conclusion was reached.Results 1.In this study,100 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis of yin deficiency and collateral-stasis type were included in this study.There were 89 cases being completed,43 cases in control group,46 cases in treatment group,11 cases in loss(the loss rate was 11%).2.TCM syndrome curative effect:(1)Clinical symptom integral evaluation:after treatment,the scores of clinical symptoms of each Chinese medicine in both groups had statistical difference(P<0.05),which indicated that both groups were effective in improving clinical symptoms.(2)Symptom effect evaluation:after treatment,the TCM symptoms of the two groups were alleviated to some extent,the total effective rate of the control group was 74.42%,the total effective rate of the treatment group was93.48%.The results showed that there was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.01),indicating that the curative effect of the treatment group was more significant than that of the control group.3.The curative effect of gastroscope:after treatment,the mucous membrane of the two groups were improved to some extent,the total effective rate of the control group was67.44%,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was89.13%.The results showed that there was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group.4.Pathological effect:(1)Pathological score evaluation:except the statistically difference(P<0.05)in atrophy pathological scores in the control group before and after treatment,there was no significant difference in the IM and DYS pathological scores(P>0.05).In the treatment group,there was significant difference(P<0.01)in pathological scores before and after treatment,and there were statistical differences in pathological scores between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).(2)Pathological effect evaluation:the total effective rates of the control group in gastric mucosal atrophy,intestinal metaplasia,and dysplasia were respectively:69.77%,16.22%,and 11.11%respectively.The treatment group was91.30%,79.07%,and81.82%respectively.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion The method of nourishing yin and dredging collaterals is effective in treating the chronic atrophic patients with yin deficiency and collaterals stasis,which can relieve the clinical symptoms,improve the degree of gastric mucosa atrophy,intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia,so as to block the development of the disease,improve the life quality of patients,and in-the course of treatment,no obvious side effects were found.
