The Clinical Observation On The Yin Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type Of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Treated By Yiqi Yangyin Huayu Granle

1 ObjectiveTo observe the influence of YiQi YangYin HuaYu Granule on clinical therapeutic,Pepsinogen and gastrin levels in the treatment of the CAG patients, analyze the possible mechanism, in order to provide more clinical date for treatment of the CAG in the way of traditional Chinese medicine.2 MethodSelect 64 patients of CAG and randomly divide them to two groups: every group has 32 patients, control group was treated by the YiQi YangYin HuaYu Granule and another was treated by WeiFuChun, every group was treated for the time of12 weeks.Observe the results, gastroscope change and pathology effect, Pepsinogen and gastrin levels.3 Results3.1 After the treatment, the epigastric pain' symptoms, gastric fullness, gastric upset,anorexia could be improved. The treatment group in improving the symptoms of gastric fullness, gastric upset better than the other, and the clinical effect of improving gastric fullness, gastric upset, anorexia' symptoms markedly faster(P<0.01 or P<0.05).to the totle clinical effective rate, The treatment group was better than the other(P<0.05).3.2Endoscopy: The gastric mucosa of both groups were improved, the effective rate of the treatment groups was higher than that of the control group, there was signification difference between them(P<0.05).3.3 Histopathology: The two groups could improve gastric glandular atrophy and intestinal metaplasia, to the glandular atrophy, the treatment group' effective rate was87.5%, the control group was 62.5%; to the Improvement effect on gastric intestinal metaplasia, the treatment group' effective rate was91.7%, the other was 60.9%, the treatment group in improving the effect of gastric glandular atrophy and intestinal metaplasia were better than that of control group(P<0.05).3.4 Pepsinogen levels: After the treatment, two groups could increase the level ofPGI, the Improvement effect of Treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05); there was no effect on the PGII level after treatment(P<0.05).3.5 Gastrin17 level: After the treatment, two groups could increase the level of G17,the Improvement effect of Treatment group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.6 Long term effect observation: after following for the time of 12 weeks, the treatment group' effective rate was 62.5%, the control group was50.0%.there was difference bttween them(P>0.05).4 Conclusion4.1 YiQi YangYin HuaYu Granule can improve clinical symptoms of patients of yin deficiency and blood stagnation.4.2 YiQi YangYin HuaYu Granule can improve Histopathology of patients of yin deficiency and blood stagnation, the treatment group in improving the effect of gastric glandular atrophy and intestinal metaplasia were better than that of control group.4.3 YiQi YangYin HuaYu Granule can improve situation of gastric mucosa of patients of yin deficiency and blood stagnation.and its effect is better than the group of wei fu chun.4.4 YiQi YangYin HuaYu Granule can improve the secretion of PG?and GAS.4.5 There was no difference of long term therapeutic effect between YiQi YangYin HuaYu Granule and wei fuchun.
