Study On The Social Support System For Improving The Compliance Of Methadone Maintenance Therapy For Heroin Addicts

Objective: to analyze the status and influencing factors of compliance and social support of methadone maintenance treatment in 3 methadone outpatients in Hubei Province,and to provide a scientific basis for improving the social support system of the compliance of methadone maintenance treatment.Methods: by stratified random sampling,166 of the 3 methadone outpatients in Hubei were chosen to investigate the status of medication compliance and social support and the influencing factors of methadone maintenance patients.Results: the drug relapse rate of methadone maintenance patients was 53.01% for 3months.Among the 166 patients,85 were good compliance,51.2%,66 compliance,39.8%,and 15 of poor compliance,making up 9%.The treatment rate of methadone treated patients at different times was 9.20% in 3 months,12.23% in 6 months and25.10% in 12 months.The score of subjective support in the social support score of methadone maintenance patients was 18.92 + 5.51,the objective support score was 5.77+ 2.81,the support utilization score was 5.10 + 2.54,and the total social support score was 29.78 + 8.73.In the cause of relapse of methadone maintenance treatment,the score of self evaluation of physiological factors was 7.23 + 1.76,the score of self evaluation of psychological factors was 5.27 + 1.74,the score of self evaluation for social factors was12.47 + 3.03,and the total score of self evaluation was 24.97 + 4.71.There was a statistically significant difference in age,education level,marital status,drug taking duration,physical condition,family relationship and relapse rate(P < 0.05).Treatment compliance of different marital status,family relationship and physical condition was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The results of logistic regression analysis showed that there were significant differences in the total score of social support in different marital status(P < 0.05);the scores of subjective support scores in different marital status and family relationship were statistically significant(P < 0.05);among the influencing factors,the objective support scores between different drug hazard cognition and drug addicts were scored and There was a statistically significant difference in the degree of support utilization(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The compliance of methadone maintenance treatment is not high,there is a big relapse condition;the status of social support to improve methadone maintenance treatment;effect of methadone maintenance treatment compliance factors except the physiological factors and psychological factors,mainly social integration factors and social support factors.
