The Study Of Serum Hs-CRP In Periodontitis And Hemodialysis Patients

Objective: To investigate the periodontal status of chronic periodontitis with maintenance hemodialysis patients,patients with chronic periodontitis,maintenance hemodialysis patients and healthy controls,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein levels inserum and to detect the correlation between periodontitis and maintaining hemodialysis.Methods: Thirty healthy control group,30 cases of chronic periodontitis group,30 cases of maintenance hemodialysis group due to chronic kidney disease,chronic periodontitis and chronic kidney disease were performed in 30 cases of maintenance hemodialysis group.Record the general situation,the periodontal status of examination and the determination of serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein levels.The difference between probing depth,attachment loss,bleeding index,calculus index,and serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein level were analyzed.Results: The levels of probing depth,attachment loss,bleeding index,calculus index in chronic periodontitis and maintenance hemodialysis group were higher than those in the maintenance hemodialysis and healthy control group(P < 0.05),and probing depth was statistically significant(P < 0.05)compared with chronic periodontitis group,the group of chronic periodontitis and maintenance hemodialysis was higher than chronic periodontitis group.The levels of serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in chronic periodontitis and maintenance hemodialysis group were higher than those in the other three groups,which were significantly higher than those in maintenance hemodialysis and healthy control group(P < 0.05),and the levels of serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in chronic periodontitis group were higher.The correlation coefficient(r)was 0.282,0.554,0.332 and 0.466(P < 0.05),respectively.The level of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein was positively correlated with probing depth,attachment loss,bleeding index,calculus index(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hemodialysis can cause periodontitis patients clinical periodontal index increased,especially the depth of diagnosis;Chronic periodontitis can increase the hemodialysis patients serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein levels.
