Clinical Efficacy Observation Of Acupuncture Combined With Flash Cupping In The Treatment Of Peripheral Facial Paralysis At Convalescence Stage

Objective: To observe and explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with flash-tank on the recovery of peripheral facial paralysis.Methods: Selection of xinjiang medical university affiliated hospital of traditional Chinese medicine between January2017 and February 2018 in encephalopathy to clinic and ward,acupuncture clinic into standard around 70 cases of facial paralysis recovery patients were randomly divided into treatment group and the control group(n=35).The treatment group was treated with conventional acupuncture combined with flash tank,and the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture,with 10 days as a course of treatment and two days after each course of treatment.Before and after treatment,the house-brackman facial nerve function rating scale and peripheral facial nerve palsy scale were used to evaluate the collected data.Results:(1)After treatment,the scores of H-B scale and peripheral facial nerve palsy were significantly improved in both groups(P<0.05),and the changes in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group.(2)After treatment,the treatment group markedly effective rate and effective rate were 82.35% and 94.12%,control group markedly effective rate and effective rate were 58.82% and 85.29%respectively,the two groups of patients with H-B scale facial nerve function classification,peripheral facial nerve paralysis scale score and clinical efficacy were statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)During the treatment,there were 2 patients in the treatment group and 3 patients in the control group.In all,5 patients showed facial subcutaneous hematoma after the injection,which did not affect the next treatment.Conclusion:Acupuncture with flash tank and routine acupuncture method can raise the clinical curative effect of facial paralysis recovery around sex,less adverse reaction,well safety,compared with the conventional acupuncture,the clinical curative effect of acupuncturewith flash tank is more significant.
