Objective: To analyze the expression of the four mismatch repair genes protein(hMLH1,hMSH2,hMSH6 and hPMS2)of patients with colorectal cancer and its clinical significance. Methods: A total of 212 cases of colorectal cancer were selected from December 2016 to December 2017,and all patients had not received radiotherapy or chemotherapy before surgery.Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of hMLH1 and hMSH2,h MSH6 and hPMS2,and to analyze the relationship between protein expression and clinical parameters. Results: Among 212 cases of colorectal cancer tissue, the deletion rare of hMLH1 protein was12.7%(27/212),the deletion rare of hMSH2 protein was8.1%(17/212),the deletion rare of hMSH6 protein was2.8%(6/212),the deletion rare of hPMS2 protein was5.6%(12/212).Xinjiang Uygur CRC patients and the Han CRC patients in the onset age, tumor size, pathological type, lymph node metastasis,TNM points during the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The expression of hMLH1 and h MSH2,h MSH6,hPMS2 protein in colorectal cancer patients was not expressed, and was closely related to tumor site and differentiation degree. The mutations of hMLH1 and hMSH2,hMSH6 and h PMS2 have provided a valuable basis for clinical judgment of prognosis and the formulation of treatment options.
