| Objective: To study the changes of cerebral blood flow(CBF)in children with cerebral palsy before and after external carotid sympathetic nerve net denudation using 3.0T magnetic resonance arterial spin labeling(ASL)technique.Methods: Collected 30 cases of spastic cerebral palsy patients with unilateral,in operation before and after application of Achieva/Intera PHILIPS NMR 3.0T routine sequence,DWI,ASL sequence scanning on children,the application of MriCloud postprocessing workstation for children with brain bilateral frontal lobe,temporal lobe,parietal lobe,anterior region of the CBF value,paired t test was used to analyze the correlation data.Results: Before operation,the CBF value of the cerebral side of the 30 children was compared with the CBF of the healthy side.The CBF value of the cerebral cortex,the anterior central gyrus,the basal nucleus and the internal capsule movement in the affected side was lower,the difference was statistically significant,and the CBF value in the cerebellum was not significantly lower than that in the healthy side.After operation,the cerebral blood flow of the frontal lobe,basal nucleus and inner capsule of the affected side was improved,and the difference was statistically significant.There was no statistical difference between the cerebral blood flow of the parietal lobe,the temporal lobe,the cerebellum and the thalamus.The CBF value of the cerebral side of the 18 children in the effective group before and after the operation was compared with the paired t test.The CBF value of the frontal lobe,the inner capsule and the basal nucleus was significantly higher than that before the operation,and the difference was statistically significant.The CBF value increased after the operation;the CBF of the cerebral parietal lobe and the temporal lobe cortex,the cerebellum,and the thalamus area was more CBF than the CBF.There was no obvious improvement before the operation.Conclusion: Magnetic resonance ASL technology found carotid artery sympathetic nerve net stripping surgery is an effective treatment of cerebral palsy in children with surgical method,can effectively improve the cerebral blood flow,improving cerebral ischemia and anoxia,relieve symptoms. |
