Objective Study the relationship between helicobacter pylori genotyping and atrophic gastritis in part of Urumqi.Method Collecting 310 cases diagnosed as chronic gastritis with C14 or C13 breath test positive in the Department of Digestive Medicine, second affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from June 2016 to June2017.The diagnosis of chronic gastritis was confirmed by endoscopy and pathology, including 150 cases of atrophic gastritis and 160 cases of non-atrophic gastritis.Theresults of two groups of general data, electronic gastroduodenal examination and histopathological examination results, helicobcter pylori test results, and helicobacter pylori test results were recorded for statistical analysis. Results There was no significant difference in gender, age and ethnicity(P > 0.05).Comparison of the positive rate of different antibodies helicobacter pyloristrains, the atrophic gastritis group is higher than the non-atrophic gastritis group: CagA-128 KD 40.7%,VacA-110 KD 25.3%,VacA-90 KD 15.3%,UreB-66 KD 3.4%,UreA-30 KD 6.7%.The difference of the positive rate of CagA-128 KD,VacA-110 KD,VacA-90 KD in the two groups has statistical significance(P < 0.05).Helicobacter pylori cagA antibodies, vac A antibodies, are associated with atrophic gastritis patients,it is closely related to the cagAantibody. Conclusions Among the antibodies expressed by Helicobacterpylori genotyping cagA gene, vaca gene, cagA antibody was closely related to atrophic gastritis in Urumqi region,Xinjiang. The detection of the helicobacter pylori gene expression antibody has certain guidance on identifying atrophic gastritis and non-atrophic gastritis,to provide the basis for the "treatment of diseases due to type",and more helpful to the clinical prevention and treatment of atrophic gastritis.
