Purpose The correlation between serum calcium level and coagulation index of hepatitis b was discussed by analyzing the serum calcium level and the level of coagulation function in patients with hepatitis b.Methods A total of 253 hospitalized patients in the Department of infectious diseases and gastroenterology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University were collected.Among them, there were 56 cases of hepatitis B,46 cases of males and 10 cases of females. There were 63 cases of liver failure,55 for males and 8 for females. There were 134 cases of cirrhosis after chronic hepatitis B,103 for males and 31 for females.According to Child-Pugh grading criteria, cirrhosis was divided into three groups: A,B and C.Child-Pugh grade A was in group A,with 62 cases, male 49,female 13;Child-Pugh score B was B group 47 cases, males were 38,women were 9 cases;Child-Pugh score C class was C group,25 cases, male for 16 cases, and 9 cases for women. All patients received 10 ml venous blood before they were fed in the morning and sent them to the laboratory for examination. The hepatitis B virus markers,HBV-DNA,blood calcium, total bilirubin(TBIL),albumin(ALB),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),prothrombin activity(PTA),prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)and so on were detected respectively in the patients' serum..Results(1)the incidence of hypocalcemia in hepatitis B group was 17.9%,the incidence of hypocalcemia in liver failure group was 28.6%,and the incidence of hypocalcemia in cirrhosis group was 43.3%.The serum calcium levels of hepatitis B virus group, hepatitis B cirrhosis group, hepatitis B virus group and hepatitis B liver failure group were significantly different, and the P values were <0.05.However,there was no significant difference in blood calcium level between liver cirrhosis group and liver failure group, and the P value was >0.05.(2)In patients with cirrhosis, blood calcium levels between groups and groups were statistically significant. There was statistically significant difference between Child-A-class group and Child-B grade group,Child-A-class group and Child-C grade group,Child-B grade group and Child-C grade group(P<0.05).(3)the blood calcium level of hepatitis B group, liver cirrhosis group and liver failure group did not decrease with the aggravation of the disease(P>0.05),although albumin decreased with the aggravation of the disease, but there was no significant difference(P>0.05),while PT and APTT were significantly different with the increase of the severity of the disease(P<0.05).(4)with the increase of Child-Pugh score in the liver cirrhosis group, the level of blood calcium and albumin decreased gradually in group A,B and C,and the difference had significant statistical significance(P>0.05).The APPT and PT values of C group in group A and B were gradually prolonged with the aggravation of the disease, and the results were statistically significant(P<0.05).It can be seen that blood calcium and albumin in cirrhosis group are negatively correlated with coagulation index. Conclusion 1.the average serum calcium level of hepatitis B virus is normal, but there are still some cases of hypocalcemia. The average blood calcium level of patients with liver cirrhosis and liver failure is relatively low.2.Patients with cirrhosis are more likely to have low blood calcium as their condition worsens. The relationship between serum calcium, albumin and coagulation index in patients with cirrhosis was negatively correlated. For patients with cirrhosis, albumin, serum calcium levels and coagulation indicators can also be used as indicators to evaluate the prognosis.
