| Objective: To study the correlation between exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO)level and pulmonary function parameters in asthma remission stage of Uygur children in Xinjiang area, and discuss the value of FeNO in evaluating the efficacy of asthma. Methods: randomly measured in a general hospital in Xinjiang in 100 at the age of 3-14 asthmatic children and 55 healthy children, the level of FeNO and pulmonary function test(FEV1%,FEV1/FVC%,FEV1/FVC,MAX%,PEF%,FEF25,FEF50,FEF75,FEF75/25,R at 5Hz,R at 20 Hz,R at5-20 Hz,X at 5Hz)index,of which 3-5 year old children’s lung function by using R at 5Hz method for the determination of pulse shock,R at 20 Hz,R at35 Hz,X at 5Hz index,6-14 year old children FEV1/FVC%,FEV1/FVC detection of FEV1%,MAX%.PEF%,FEF25,FEF50,FEF75,FEF75/25,FeNO index and pulmonary function analysis between case group and normal group the significance, and to explore whether there is any correlation between FeNO and pulmonary function.indicators, were analyzed by SPSS statistical software. Results:the FeNO level of children aged 3-14 years was significantly higher than that of normal children. There was statistical significance. There was no statistical significance in the pulmonary function related indexes of 3-5 year old children. The pulmonary function index of 6-14 year old children was statistically significant compared with that of normal children.Fe NO was negatively correlated with FEV1/FVC% and FEV1/FVC MAX%,and had no correlation with other indexes. Conclusion:exhalation gas and lung function detection can effectively monitor the progress of asthma in children, and may play a key role in the evaluation of curative effect. |
