| Objective:To use tourniquet for femoral head necrosis.Relationship between pain threshold and pain score after total hip replacement in patients with osteoarthritis.methods: from March 2017 to August 2017,patients with femoral head were treated with femoral head.32 patients with necrotic and osteoarthritis,The tourniquet was placed 5 cm above the elbow fossa of the left forearm before operation. The onset of discomfort and the onset of pain were recorded continuously. The pain scores were evaluated after hip arthroplasty, including x males and x females. The age was between x-x years old.The evaluation criteria were the time of discomfort and pain after compression, the numerical rating scalenrsl, the facial expression method and the faces pain scaleflops(FPS).Result: The correlation between the pain threshold and the postoperative pain score was analyzed, and the correlation between the preoperative pain threshold and the postoperative pain score was observed.Pearson linear correlation was used to analyze the relationship between the pain threshold and the postoperative pain score. There was no significant correlation between preoperative pain threshold and postoperative pain score at 1 day postoperatively, and there was no significant correlation between preoperative pain threshold and postoperative pain score at 2 days,3 days,4 days after operation. The correlation between pain score on the 5th day after operation was statistically significant(p < 0.05),and the correlation coefficient between the pain threshold and the pain score on the second day after operation was-0.589.The correlation coefficient between the pain threshold and the pain score on the 3rd day after operation was-0.554,and the correlation coefficient between the pain threshold and the pain score on the 4th day after operation was-0.540.The correlation coefficient between the pain threshold and the pain score on the 5th day after operation was-0.478,and there was a negative correlation between the two. Conclusion: there is no absolute relationship between the threshold of pain and age,sex and nationality in patients undergoing total hip replacement, but there is a negative correlation between the threshold of pain and the score of postoperative pain. This is of great significance to our perioperative pain management and rapid postoperative recovery. |
