Objective:To investigate the value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the evaluation of the efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy for breast cancer, and to study the correlation between qualitative and quantitative parameters of ultrasound contrast and different molecular types of breast cancer. Methods:From January 2017 to December 2017,50 patients diagnosed with breast cancer by biopsy at the Tumor Hospital Affiliated to Xinjiang Medical University visited the new-assisted chemotherapy before and after the contrast-enhanced ultrasound examination.Chemotherapy after the end of the surgical treatment of pathological results were compared neoadjuvant chemotherapy before and after the lesion size and ultrasound contrast qualitative and quantitative indicators of changes at the same time, neoadjuvant chemotherapy before and after the qualitative and quantitative indicators of breast cancer with different molecular weight Correlations between types. Results:After neoadjuvant chemotherapy lesions maximum diameter was significantly reduced(P <0.05),all qualitative indicators of lesions have benign outcome(P <0.05),The peak intensity and rising slope of lesion ROI were lower than those before neoadjuvant chemotherapy(P <0.05),and the area under the curve was smaller than that before chemotherapy(P <0.05);However,before and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy in the ROI,to compare the initially increased intensity, the slope of elimination and the time to peak(TTP),and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);Before and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy the contrast enhancement range of lesions and pathological findings in the reduction of the number of tumor cells was positively correlated(r = 0.467,P <0.05);Before neoadjuvant chemotherapy the ultra-sound qualitative and quantitative indicators of lesions and breast cancer different molecular types have no correlation(P> 0.05).Conclusion:Contrast-enhanced ultrasound has the value of assessing the efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy in breast cancer, and there was no correlation between the qualitative and quantitative indexes of CEUS and the different molecular types of breast cancer.
