| Objective:To study the effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgery on gastrointe stinal function after pancreatoduodenectomy.Methods:To collect the xinjiang medic al university first affiliated hospital of pancreatoduodenectomy in December,2015-De cember,2017 years.142 patients who underwent pancreticoduedenectomy.The surgical procedures performed by different medical groups were consistent,among which 88 cases received by other medical groups were treated with traditional treatment and set as control group.The 54 cases in our medical group were set as the experime ntal group.The incidence of postoperative complications were observed,and the effec ts of two group on postoperative rehabilitation were compared.Results:Comparison between two groups,ERAS postoperative ventilation time,feeding time,postoperative abdominal drainage tube time,postoperative hospital stay,mortality,respectively:(3.07±1.29)d;(2.33±0.64)d;(8.98±3.21)d;(14.31±2.79)d;1(1.9)%.The relevant indicators of th e conventional group were:(4.94±2.04)d;(5.76±2.27)d;(11.19±3.40)d;(18.07±4.77)d;2(2.3)%.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(t=6.04,10.80,3.84,5.26,P<0.001).The postoperative complications of the two groups were co mpared,including hemorrhage,gastric delay emptying and pulmonary infection,and t he P value of pancreatic fistula were:(0.77,0.10,0.48,0.20),and the difference was no t statistically significant.There was a statistically significant difference between the t wo groups in the incidence of abdominal infection(P=0.02).Conclusion:For patien ts with pancreatic duodenal resection,early postoperative extubation,eat,did not incr ease the incidence of postoperative complications,and can shorten the length of po stoperative hospital stay,so the ERAS measures applied in PD patients,has a certain security and feasibility. |
