Objective:To investigate the clinic effect of Enhanced Recovery After Surgery method combined with acupoint sticking and ear acupuncture point buries a bean on postoperative patients with colorectal cance by clinical observation of bowel sound recovery time,for the first time anus exhaust time,defecation time and the degree of abdominal distension.Method:Randomly selected sixty patients of Low Anterior Resection carcinoma treatment of cancer from June 2015 to June 2016 in Hunan Cancer Hospital and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group thirty each group.Patients in the experimental group developed and implemented treatment strategies according to Enhanced Recovery After Surgery method combined with acupoint sticking and ear acupuncture point buries a bean,but patients in the control group only Enhanced Recovery After Surgery method,and observe bowel sound recovery time,for the first time anus exhaust time,defecation time and the degree of abdominal distension of all patients.Results: Compared with control group,the first time of bowel sound recovery time,for the first time anus exhaust time and defecation time in experimental group patients were significantly shortened and the degree of abdominal distension in experimental group patients were obviously alleviate,had statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion: The experiment show that the model of the concept of Enhanced Recovery After Surgery combined with Chinese characteristics of traditional Chinese treatment,compar-ed with the pure pattern of Enhanced Recovery After Surgery,was significantly shorten the first time of bowel sound recovery time,for the first time anus exhaust time and defecation time and obviously alleviate the degree of abdominal distension to acceleate faster recovery of bowel movement.
