Objective:Cervical cytology as a screening method for cervical cancer is now commonly used. With the use of TBS diagnostic system, the sensitivity of cervical cancer screening can be significantly improved.Low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions(LSIL)are a common lesion in cervical screening, there are differences in its treatment and follow-up in clinically, there is currently no unified clinical treatment plan.In this paper, the histopathological results of patients with LSIL were calculated, according to the pathological results to explore its clinical treatment,so that we have a further understanding of the handling of LSIL.Methods:Collecting a total of 799 patients from May 2014?May 2015 with Run Shaw Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine.Retrospective statistics and analysis of the distribution of LSIL in all age groups and the distribution of HPV in all age groups in LSIL,pathological results of cervical biopsy under colposcopy for HPV positive and negative in LSIL,HPV 16,18,58,52 and other HPV positive.Statistics and analysis the of ratio in high than Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia(CIN)2.Statistics the number and positive predictive value and sensitivity of HPV in high than CIN2 of all age groups in cervical biopsy. At the same time, the patients who histopathological of low than CIN2 were followed up for 2 years. The Kaplan-Meier method was used to analyze the rate of disease progression in HPV positive and negative groups. Results:From May 2014 to May 2015,there were 799 LSIL patients, aged 21?76 years, with an average age of(40.03±10.10)years and a median age of 38 years.775 cases of LSIL conducted the colposcopy and cervical biopsy.the most in 30?39 years old,the least in 60?80 years old.708 cases of HPV positive, accounting for 88.6%,the 172 cases with the positive of HPV16,accounting for 21.5%.HPV is distributed differently in all age groups.the positive of HPV is most in the 30?39 age group, accounting for 41.2%,the second in 40?49 age group, accounting for 26.8%,the proportion of women over the age of 60 is the least, accounting for 3.5%.High than CIN2 in the positive of HPV is accounted for 18.9%,High than CIN2 in the negative of HPV is accounted for 3.4%,the difference was statistically significant(?2=25.33,p<0.05).The results in biopsy of HPV 16,CIN2 and CIN3 is 76 cases, accounting for 44.2%,other the results of HPV:CIN2 and CIN3 is 54 cases, accounting for 10.5%,the difference was statistically significant(?2=106.5,p<0.05).The number of pathological results were negative and CIN1 is 580,follow-up for 2 years, remove the number of lost and excluded, the 522 patients who the positive of HPV,the number of high than CIN2 occurred is 74 cases, accounting for 14.3%,the 85 patients who the negative of HPV,the number of high than CIN2 occurred is 3 cases, accounting for 3.5%,the difference of disease progression rate was statistically significant(p=0.022).Conclusions:The management of patients with low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions should be strengthened.Especially the positive of HPV16,colposcopy and cervical biopsies are recommended. At the same time, the positive of HPV58,52,18 should also be concerned. The patients of pathological results were negative and CINI1 in LSIL,during follow-up,attention should be paid.
