Objective:Based on the SHARE care framework,the humanistic care education is integrated into the teaching design and practice of community nursing,and the teaching strategies to improve the humanistic caring ability of nursing students are discussed,providing a theoretical basis for further improving the teaching plan of community nursing Methods:1.By random sampling,a community health service center was selected in each of the six municipal districts of Yingze District,Xiaodian District,Jiancaoping District,Wanbailin District,Xinghualing district and Jinyuan District,Taiyuan city.According to inclusion criteria,eligible community nurses were interviewed.Based on the extracted themes and the real experience of community nurses,cases of humanistic care education for community nursing was tentatively formulated.All teachers in the teaching and research section of community nursing are responsible for the examination and approval;2.By cluster sampling,290 undergraduate nursing students of grade 2014 and 305 undergraduates of grade 2015 nursing were selected as research subjects.On the basis of the informed consent of the nursing students,the 2014 grade(in grade 3 in 2016)was taken as the control group,and the 2015 level(in grade 3 in 2017)was set up as the intervention group.The study is based on the teaching of community nursing.The traditional teaching method was adopted in the control group,and the intervention group implemented teaching on the basis of the education cases designed with SHAREframework.The two groups of teachers,teaching hours and syllabuses are consistent;3.The observation indexes:(1)before and after the beginning of the course,the care consciousness scale and the ability table of humanistic care ability of nursing students were used to measure the caring consciousness and caring ability of the nursing students,(2)the students in the intervention group were asked to write the reflective diary,and the students' rethinking diary was evaluated in the course of teaching.Results:1.Interviewing community nurses to extract three topics for writing cases:identifying the care needs of the patients,meeting the needs of the patients and attaching importance to the humanistic spirit.12 cases such as children's health vaccination,adolescent health care guidance,pre marital women's health guidance,and other caring cases were finalized by the Department of community nursing education and research;2.The general data of the test group and the control group were compared and analyzed,the difference was not statistically significant,P > 0.05,with comparability.Before the beginning of the course,there was no significant difference in the score of caring consciousness and caring ability between the experimental group and the control group,P > 0.05.After the end of the course,there were significant differences in scores and dimensions of care consciousness and caring ability between the experimental group and the control group,P < 0.05;3.After the end of the course,the test group care consciousness and caring ability scores and the scores were higher than before the course starts,the difference was statistically significant,P < 0.05;the control group of humanistic caring ability score and each dimension(in addition to instill faith and hope and humanity,altruistic values)compared with the start of the course,there was no significant difference(P > 0.05),that teaching strategy of community nursing care based on SHARE framework is helpful to improve nursing students' humanistic care consciousness and ability based on;review diary shows that nursing student in caring consciousness,humane spirit and altruisticbehavior aspects are greatly improved.Conclusion:The teaching strategy of "community nursing" based on the SHARE care framework is helpful to cultivate the caring consciousness of the nursing students and improve the caring ability of the nursing students.
