BackgroundPatients with mental disorders and their families have obvious negative emotions during their stay in the hospital,and they have a strong demand for humanistic care of nursing in psychiatric department.However,at present,the humanistic care ability of psychiatric nurses in China is insufficient,which is not suitable for the diversified humanistic needs of patients with mental disorders and their families.Therefore,it is urgent to find an effective humanistic care and nursing teaching method for psychiatric nurses;As a good teaching strategy of humanistic care,narrative teaching has little practice in the humanistic care nursing teaching of psychiatric nurses,which needs to be evaluated in the follow-up research.ObjectiveConstruct a psychiatric humanistic care nursing narrative teaching website,and conduct an appraisal in psychiatric nurses' humanistic care nursing teaching,with a view to exploring new ways for psychiatric nurses' humanistic care nursing education.Method1.Establish a psychiatric humanities care nursing narrative teaching website.This website is built based on the composition setting and design strategy of the special learning website proposed by Professor Xie Youru.The process includes "establishment of material library","website design","teaching program design","teaching reference writing" 4 section.In the building of material database,using the humanities event interviews,participatory observation,literature retrieval method to collect psychiatric care related events,video,images,and literature,the psychiatric nurse specialists,based on the humanistic care nurse quality structure model after the review of material content,material selection and material library topic framework setup;In the webpage design of the website,based on the selection of basic modules and interactive logic design of the "Fanke Online Website Construction Platform",the webpage display of the website is realized;In the teaching program design,based on the narrative teaching program proposed by scholar Guo Yujie,the supporting teaching program is designed;In the teaching reference writing,combined with the teaching procedures,the "Guided Question Recommendation","Learning Tasks",and "Related Knowledge Links" were written.2.Evaluation of the teaching application effect of the website.Using the cluster sampling method,all N1 level nurses in Henan Psychiatric Hospital were selected and screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.Finally,68 N1 level nurses in the hospital were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into experimental groups and controls according to the random number table method.the experimental group joined the teaching practice of this teaching website in addition to the continuous education of N1 level nurses in the hospital(January 2020-April 2020),while the control group only received continuous education of N1 level nurses in the hospital.Caring ability inventory(CAI)survey was conducted before and after teaching practice for both groups,Through chi square test to compare the difference of general information between the two groups,through t test to compare the difference of the total score and the score of each dimension between the two groups before and after the teaching practice,through phenomenological data analysis to analyze the content of the reflection of the experimental group nurses,to evaluate the teaching effect of this website.Result1.Constructed a psychiatric humanistic care nursing narrative teaching website(https://jd17695496.icoc.bz),including 4 types of teaching materials including humanistic story sharing,video and image appreciation,literary work recommendation,and related knowledge links,a total of 53 cases;And design and compile the teaching procedures and teaching reference matching with this website 1 item each.2.The Chi-square test results of general information of nurses between the two groups showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in gender,education background,professional title and nursing age(P>0.05).3.Before the teaching practice,the total score of the nursing care ability of the experimental group was(180.12 ± 10.918)points,the score of cognitive dimension was(79.00 ± 8.428)points,the score of courage dimension was(50.38 ± 8.835)points,and the score of patience dimension was(50.74 ± 6.047)points;the total score of the nursing care ability of the control group was(181.56 ± 9.513)points,the score of cognitive dimension was(81.03 ± 7.822)points,the score of courage dimension was(48.29 ± 7.469)points,and the score of patience dimension was(52.24 ± 6.010)points.The t test results of the total care ability scores and scores of each dimension of the nurses between the two groups showed that there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of nurses in the total care ability scores and the scores of each dimension(P>0.05).4.After the teaching practice based on this website,the total score of the nursing care ability of the experimental group was(193.29 ± 4.622)points,the cognitive dimension score was(85.12 ± 5.487)points,the courage dimension score was(53.32 ± 4.835)points,the patience dimension score was(54.85 ± 3.751)points,the total score of the nursing care ability of the control group was(183.97 ± 5.859)points,the cognitive dimension score was(81.09 ± 6.703)points,the courage dimension score was(50.74 ± 5.765)points,The dimension score was(52.15 ± 4.439)points.The results of t-test showed that the total score of care ability and the scores of all dimensions of nurses in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P?0.05).5.Based on the contents of teaching reflection of experimental group a nurse in the phenomenological data analysis results show that ultimately "empathy on material in patients experience","found that their own lack of empathy" two themes,prompt the teaching application through this website,can improve the empathy ability of psychiatric nurses,and promote its found that their own lack of empathy.Conclusion1.The psychiatric humanistic care nursing narrative teaching website is suitable for the humanistic care education of psychiatric nurses and has certain teaching application value and promotion value.2.The psychiatric humanistic care nursing narrative teaching website can be used to effectively improve the caring ability of psychiatric nurses,promote their empathy ability,and enhance empathy.
