Stroke is the leading cause of death and disability in the world,Hemiplegia stroke is the most common symptoms of the disease,in order to facilitate the recovery of limb paralysis of motor function,reduce morbidity and recurrence rate,professional,supervised rehabilitation became necessary means;wherein for the maintenance or restoration of upper limb function in patients with stroke and other disabilities it is a particularly meaningful work.Since hemiplegia rehabilitation is a long course of treatment,the family is the main space place hemiplegia rehabilitation,so the design can replace the physician to some extent,rehabilitation nursing home equipment,not only to make the artificial rehabilitation and the various limitations and able to collect patient data,scientific grasp of rehabilitation in patients,family members or caregivers in order to assist other non-professionals who completed more reasonable rehabilitation,to bring more convenience to the patient.This paper introduces the background and significance of the research,and then through the investigation and analysis of the physiological characteristics of hemiplegic upper limb,which studied methods of rehabilitation,products and processes,the subject will be drawn in the direction and design ideas.By studying the hemiplegic limb rehabilitation of existing equipment and the special needs of patients return home after community,under the guidance of medical science,human psychology and other related disciplines of knowledge,proposed upper limb rehabilitation nursing home equipment design programs to help patients at home reasonable and effective upper limb rehabilitation.In-depth design,to understand the basis of human upper limb rehabilitation equipment of some size,structure,material and other requirements of the innovatively presented can be realized on the physical condition of the patient assessment,feedback and track record to provide a scientific rehabilitation plan aided design,while interesting,lively way to interact actively encourage patients to complete the training,to improve the cure rate is important.
