| Objective: To investigate the effects of Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection on the plasma levels of lysophosphatidic acid(LPA)in patients with cerebral infarction(CI)which were measured with ELISA.To explore the relationship between serum levels of LPA and clinical various types of ischemic stroke and other risk factors for CI.And to get early warning index of ischemic stroke for us.Methods: A total of 80 CI patients from Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University from September,2014 to April,2016 were assigned to the observation group(Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection,10ml/d,for 14 days above the base of routine therapy)and the control group(routine therapy). The observation group and the control group were collected veinal blood on the next day of being admitted to hospital and 14 d after treatment. The normal group was collected blood on the day.LPA was measured with ELISA reagent kit.And other biochemical indexes were gotten by clinical laboratory of Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University. The following parameters were observed:(1)Recording the clinical baseline data: including age,sex and the history of smoking, drinking, hypertension, neurological deficit(NIHSS score)stroke subtype according to TOAST criteria and other indicators.(2)Blood lipid and biochemical indexes :Two groups of patients were admitted to hospital within 24 hours of fasting venous blood taken blood glucose,hs-CRP levels.(3)Changes of LPA before and after treatment, its correlation with other risk factors and its distribution in TOAST types. Results: 1.Clinical baseline data were comparable in each group. There is no significant difference between two groups among age,sex,LPA,HDL-C,LDL-C,TC,TG,hs-CRP and the history of smoking, drinking, hypertension, neurological deficit(NIHSS score),stroke subtype according to TOAST criteria.2.Two groups of plasma LPA were significantly lower than that of pre-treatment,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group.3.After treatment,hs-CRP of observation group and control group were deceased, and hs-CRP of observation group was significantly lower than the control group.4.After treatment,NIHSS of two groups was decreased, and there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).5.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that there was no significant correlation betweenplasma LPA and other risk factors for stroke.6.LPA levels were higher than that of normal people. And the highest was the level in LAA and lowest is in SAO among stroke subtype according to TOAST criteria. And there was no statistical difference between SOE and SUE.Conclusion: Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection can evidently decrease the plasma levels of LPA in patients with cerebral infarction, with anti-inflammation.There is no significant correlation between plasma LPA and other risk factors for stroke. |
