Public hospital is an important part of medical service in our country,and bears the public medical service of the vast majority in our country.Public hospitals from the "marketization" by the effect of the reform in the quality of medical services,medical services and technical service scale have been improved greatly,but also because the "marketization" reform for public hospitals is controversial,being "difficult and expensive" is always rooted in the public mind.Since the beginning of 2009,China's new medical reform in public hospitals,public hospitals return to social service standard,economy to weaken the public hospitals,public hospitals is given more social value.Under this requirement,the performance management of public hospitals has entered a new stage of development,in order to build public welfare as the core of the performance management system should be re approved standards of medical workers' performance in public hospitals,to ensure the enthusiasm of medical workers,also to ensure the social attribute of public hospital.Based on this,this paper focuses on the current situation and improvement of performance management of A public hospitals in S city.First of all,this paper expounds the related concepts and theories of performance management,and provides the theoretical basis for the subsequent creation.Secondly,according to the current situation and existing problems of performance management of A public hospital staff in S City,this paper expounds the achievements and shortcomings of the performance management of A public hospitals in S city.Again,it analyzes the problems in performance management of employees in A public hospitals in the city of S,based on the formulation of improvement measures for it,including management principle,management object and main index,management method,management process and so on,to enhance the S city A public hospital staff performance management system on the whole.Finally,the paper expounds the measures of S city A public hospital staff performance management guarantee,and through a series of safeguard measures to ensure the performance management reform policy of S city A public hospital staff can be successfully implemented.
