About side medical personnel management in China is still a lack of a mature experience,especially the country has yet to publish relevant policies and regulations,this will cause a series of problems in the process of irregular employment.Discusses public hospital side so the problems existing in the medical off-staff career management,not only to the side of the hospital medical personnel management plays an important role in promoting the quality,more to promote the stable development of the medical and health undertakings in our country has a positive promoting significance.This paper takes A hospital as the case and analyzes the status quo of the career management of medical off-staff in public hospitals in China.See from collecting the questionnaire,and get different pay,side personnel are generally lower income,the average compensation and compensation mode single,side personnel quantity more and more,the lack of perfect management system of employment and appraisal system,to the side,side to hire more jobs pattern diversity and the side slightly lower levels,is a major situation.At the same time,the side was discussed the problems existing in the medical off-staff career management,are: do not take the hospital to side personnel career management side,the hospital medical off-staff career path is not sound,side support system is not perfect,medical off-staff career side staff career management information,and lack of irregular medical off-staff career management continuity.On this basis,the improvement scheme and guarantee measures for improving the career management of medical off-staff in public hospitals are put forward.Improvements include: perfecting hospital approved standards and dynamic management,formulate specific training and development system,establish the hospital side off-staff complaints and compensation mechanism,to develop specific career incentives,setting clear career path,build a stable career anchor and establish a mechanism for the timely communication and guidance.The safeguard measures include: completing the top-level design of hospital career management,popularizing the concept of career management,creating a career management environment and a humanistic career management.
