Objective:To identify correlation between serum 25-hydroxyl vitamin D3[25-?OH?D3]and serum lipids level in pediatric patients with kawasaki disease and to explore their effects in the pathogenesis of kawasaki disease. Methods:In this study,a total of 53 children with KD at the acute phase in the pediatric vascular Department of Second Hospital of Lanzhou University from November 1,2016 to October 31,2017 were selected as the study subjects, according to the CAL classification criterion,it was divided into CAL group?19 cases?and NCAL group?34 cases?,and the pediatric patients with the acute period were followed up in the convalescence. In the same period,53 healthy children were selected as the control group in the pediatric outpatient physical examination in the second hospital of lanzhou university.Detection of the KD group and the control group of 25-hydroxyitamin D3[25-?OH?D3]levels,serum lipids:total cholesterol?TC?levels, triglyceride?TG?levels, high density lipoprotein cholesterol?HDL-C?levels,low density lipoprotein cholesterol?LDL-C?levels,mean platelet volume?MPV?,interleukin-6?IL-6?,C-reactive protein?CRP?.Using IBM SPSS 22.0 software?IBM USA?to complete data statistics processing and analysis.Result:1.Using single factor analysis of variance comparing the difference between the KD group and the control group of 25-?OH?D3 levels. The levels of 25-?OH?D3 in the KD acute period were significantly lower than those in the normal healthy control group. In particular, the levels of25-?OH?D3 in the CAL group was the lowest, the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?.2.Using single factor analysis of variance comparing the difference between the KD group and the control group of serum lipids levels. In the acute period of KD,25-?OH?D3 level deficiency or insufficiency, the levels of TC and TG increased significantly, while HDL-C levels decreased significantly. In particular, the levels of TC and TG in the CAL group were the highest, the levels of HDL-C was the lowest, and the levels of LDL-C in the CAL group was significantly lower than those of the NCAL group and the normal healthy control group, the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?.3.In the acute period of KD,The levels of serum 25-?OH?D3 was negatively correlated with the levels of serum TC,TG and MPV,the correlation coefficient were-0.487,-0.279 and-0.284,and the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?.The levels of serum25-?OH?D3 was positively correlated with the levels of serum HDL-C,the correlation coefficient was 0.299,and the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?.The levels of serum TG was positively correlated with MPV,the correlation coefficient was 0.37,and the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?.The levels of IL-6 was positively correlated with the levels of serum TC,TG,the correlation coefficient were 0.294 and 0.352 respectively, and the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?.The correlation between the levels of serum 25-?OH?D3 and the levels of serum TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C was not statistically significant during the KD convalescence?P>0.05?.Conclusion:In the KD acute period, the level of 25-?OH?D3 is closely related to the disorder of serum lipids metabolism, low 25-?OH?D3 level is an important factor that causes abnormal serum lipids levels in children with KD,low 25-?OH?D3 levels and abnormal lipid levels may play a dual role in the pathogenesis and development of KD and coronary artery lesion.
