Combine Traditional Chinese And Western Medicine Treatment The Clinical Effect Of The Treatment Of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis With HP Infection

Objection: To study the clinical effect of combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with HP infection and safety.Methods : Patients who endoscopic diagnosed of chronic atrophic gastritis in the first hospital attached to medicine school of Shihezi University Department of traditional Chinese medicine outpatiented or inpatient department by gastroscopy and pathological examination confirmed after chronic atrophic gastritis with HP positive patients,between Math 2015 to Juny 2016.90 cases of patients with the disease in our hospital were randomly divided into three groups,the western medicine group with 30 cases given the triple therapy;the Chinese and western medicine group with 30 cases was combined with traditional Chinese medicine and the triple therapy;the traditional Chinese medicine group with 30 cases given traditional Chinese medicine.After six months,compared three groups of patients after treatment,clinical symptoms,pathological,helicobacter pylori-curative effect.Results: A statistically significant effect in atrophy of gastric mucosa was found in treatment group when compared with western medicine group and traditional Chinese medicine group(P<0.05).Intestinal metaplasia and atypical hyperplasia have no statistic significant(P>0.05).A statistically significant effect in stomach bilge was found in treatment group when compared with western medicine group and traditional Chinese medicine group(P<0.05).Stomach pain 、 noisy and loss of appetite have no statistical significance(P > 0.05).The eradication rate of helicobacter pylori(HP)has obvious statistical significance(P<0.001).Conclusions:(1)Combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment in improving total effective rate and the clinical symptoms is better than western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine;integrated TCM and Western medicine treatment effect is inherited syndrome improvement advantage.(2)Combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of atrophy metaplasia certain inhibition effect.(3)Compared with the pure western medicine treatment and traditional Chinese medicine treatment,in HP eradication rate efficiencyhas obvious statistical significance.
