Analysis Of The Medication Rule Of Traditional Chinese Medicine For Treating Chronic Atrophic Gastritis With Intestinal Metaplasia On Data Mining Technology

Objective: Collect the clinical observation and medical record documents of traditional Chinese medicine for treating chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)with intestinal metaplasia(IM)through the database platform,and mine,analyze and classify the collected raw data through the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computing platform(TCMICS V3.0),explore the medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine for treating CAG with IM,and explore the core drug combination,To provide new ideas and methods for clinical medication.Methods: Clinical observation and medical records of TCM treatment of CAG with IM were published in CNKI,VIP and Wanfang from January 1991 to December 2021.Through the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria of this study,the documents met the requirements,165 documents involving 157 prescriptions,the data were collected and sorted,the TCM database was created,the frequency,classification,taste,classification and syndrome were analyzed through the TCM inheritance calculation platform;and the drug association rules and clustering results of CAG with IM were analyzed.Results:1.In this study,217 Chinese medicines were counted,the total frequency of all Chinese medicines was 2059,and the 11 Chinese medicines used the most frequently were: licorice,atractylodes,herb,herb,pinellia pinellia,Poria,Dangshen,tangerine peel,coptis chinensis,white peony root,Zedoary and Salvia miltiorrhiza.2.In this study,the frequency of Chinese medicine,including supplementing deficiency,qi management,clearing heat,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,removing dampness,relieving water,relieving phlegm,relieving asthma,digestion,relieving surface and hemostasis.3.The statistics of four gases is mainly warm,cold and flat,among which warm and flat drugs are used most.Among the five flavors,bitter,sweet and spicy Chinese medicine is used more,while sour and salty Chinese medicine is less.The top three of the statistics are: spleen meridian,stomach meridian and lung meridian.4.In this study,10 syndrome types were involved,including the frequency of spleen and stomach weakness syndrome,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,gastric stasis syndrome,liver and stomach incompatibility syndrome,spleen deficiency and qi stagnation syndrome,liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome,spleen and stomach dampness and heat syndrome,gastric Yin deficiency syndrome,phlegm stasis accumulation syndrome,and turbidity toxicity syndrome.Mainly with the spleen and stomach weakness syndrome,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,gastric collateral stasis syndrome.5.Cluster analysis shows that the high frequency of traditional Chinese medicine clustered into 6 categories: the first category: Coptis chinensis,Scutellaria baicalensis,wormwood,white flower herb,amomum,poria cocos,pinellia pinellia,and Peilan.The second category: Dangshen,licorice,astragalus,atractylodes,poria cocos,pinellia,Salvia miltiorrhiza,white peony root.The third category: licorice,tangerine peel,white peony root,malt,atractylodes,pinellia,poria cocos,white flower snake herb.The fourth category: Pseudostellariae,white flower snake herb,atractylodes,licorice,dandelion,zedoary,Coptis chinensis,pinellia.The fifth category: pinellia,atractylodes,coptis,licorice,Dangshen,zedoary,chicken gold,dried ginger.Category 6: licorice,herb,atractylodes,white peony root,Salvia miltiorrhiza,copchinensis,pinellia,zedoary.6.Correlation analysis: From the correlation analysis,it can be seen that most of the drug combinations are traditional Chinese medicines with the effect of invigorating the spleen and replenishing qi.The 10 drug groups with the most frequent occurrences were licorice,Poria → Atractylodes macrocephala;Atractylodes macrocephala,Poria→licorice;Baishao→licorice;→Atractylodes macrocephala;Poria cocos→licorice;Codonopsis→ licorice.Conclusion(s):1.This study shows that the top five traditional Chinese medicines for the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia are licorice,Atractylodes macrocephala,Hedyotis diffusa,Pinellia,and Poria.2.Studies have found that in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia,tonic drugs,Qi-regulating drugs,heat-clearing drugs,and blood-activating and stasis-removing drugs are often used.From this,it can be known that the basic pathogenesis of chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia is weakness of the spleen and stomach.Mixed with damp heat,blood stasis,qi stagnation and other real evils,the essence is positive deficiency and evil excess.3.It is often used in traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia.Syndrome types are the most common syndromes of weakness of the spleen and stomach,stagnation of qi and blood stasis,and stagnation of stomach collaterals.4.In the cluster analysis,it can be found that the prescriptions for the treatment of CAG with IM contain the prescriptions of Sijunzi Decoction and Erchen Decoction.5.In the correlation analysis,most of them are drug combinations that invigorate qi and invigorate the spleen,and are compatible with drugs that promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis,clear away heat and dampness,and soothe the liver and regulate qi.
