Objective In this study, the effects of blood cell composition on patients with slow flow of coronary artery were investigated by analyzing the abnormal condition of blood cell composition in patients with slow flow of coronary artery. Methods According to the inclusion criteria,270 study subjects were selected, among which 128 patients(82 males and 46 females)were in the coronary artery, and 142 in normal control group(49 males and 93 females). The basic clinical data of the patients were recorded and the blood routine, clotting full set, blood lipid, uric acid and creatinine were determined on the morning after-admission.Statistical analysis was performed using statistical software SPSS17.0.Results 1.Two groups in age, hypertension, type 2 diabetes, fibrinogen, blood uric acid level, average red blood cells, red blood cell volume distribution width, average blood platelet count, platelet volume and platelet distribution width, big ratio of platelet, and platelet deposited similar level,t-here was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05);2.Slow blood flo-w in smoking, gender(male),hyperlipidemia, hemoglobin, serum creatinine, white blood cell count, neutrophils and lymphocytes ratio, average red blood cell pressure product wer ehigher than in normal-group(73.4%vs.21.1%,P<0.01;64.1%vs.34.5%,P<0.01;75%vs.13.3%,P<0.01;143.22±12.54 vs.133.96±12.40,P<0.01;70.00±13.14 vs.65.78±9.75,P<0.05;6.31±1.69 vs.5.31±1.41,P<0.01;2.27±1.01 vs.1.71±0.94,P<0.01;42.01±3.49 vs.40.56±3.90,P<0.01).The difference was stat-istically significant(P<0.05);3.Binary Logistic regression analysis results sh-owed that smoking(OR=13.562,95%cl:4.676-39.336,P<0.01),hyperlipidemia(O-R=3.516,95%cl:1.481-8.350,P<0.01),neutrophils/lymphocytes(OR=0.248,95% cl:0.114-0.539,P<0.01),the average red blood cells deposited(OR=1.334,95%cl:1.053-1.690,P<0.05)and hemoglobin(OR=1.091,95%cl:0.841-0.966,P<0.01)is l-ikely to be independent factors affecting the coronary slow flow. Conclusion 1.Smoking,hemoglobin,hematocrit,hypercholesterolemia and NLR may be the influencing factors of SCF,among which NLR can be used as an important indicator for clinical noninvasive prediction of SCF;2.The increase of NLR as a marker of inflammatory state suggests that SCF may be an inflammatory state;3.White blood cells were involved in the pathophysiology of SCF.
