| Objective: To study the expression of T-cell immunoglobulin mucin domain(Tim)1 and 3 in peripheral blood of patients with hepatic hydatid disease and to explore the relationship between them The clinical significance of the development of hepatic hydatid disease。Materials and Methods: 1.A total of 72 subjects, including 24 cases of HAE,HEP and 24 cases of healthy control group,Related clinical data. The levels of TIM-1 and TIM-3 in serum of the above three groups were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),and the levels of TIM-1 and TIM-3 in peripheral blood and Correlation of multiple laboratory test values by groups of researchers.Statistical Methods: Data Analysis with SPSS22.The difference between the three groups using LSD test, correlation Pearson test.Result:1.The difference of the peripheral blood contents between the three groups of TIM-1 and TIM-3 was statistically significant(LSD test,p = 0.00).The expression of TIM-1 in the peripheral blood of HCE group and HAE group were 447.5 ± 40.23,464.5 ± 78.47 were higher than the control group(115.56 ± 32.93,LSD test,P = 0.000,P = 0.000).There was no difference in the expression of TIM-1 in HCE group and HAE group(LSD test,P = 0.408)-3 in HCE group and HAE group were 284.49 ± 39.56 and 254.68 ± 98.4,respectively,which were higher than those in control group(58.93 ± 16.08,P = 0.000,P = 0.000)Group,there was no significant difference in HAE group(LSD test P = 0.110).2.There was a positive correlation between TIM-1 and TIM-3 in peripheral blood of HCE group and HAE group(p <0.05).3.The expression of TIM-1 and TIM-3 in HCE group and HAE group were positively correlated with serum levels of ALT,AST,Bilirubin(p <0.05).Respectively,and the age of each group,RBC,HGB,WBC,lesion size,ALB no correlation. Conclusion: TIM-1 and TIM-3 can be detected in peripheral blood in HCE group and HAE group and normal control group, but the expression of TIM-1 and TIM-3 in HCE group and HAE group is higher than that in control group. In addition,And alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase there is a certain correlation, indicating that TIM-1 and TIM-3 involved in the occurrence and development of hepatic hydatid disease, but their specific mechanism of action is not yet clear, still need further study. |
