Sapindaceae Xanthoceras Bunge is a single species.Xanthoceras sorbifolia is a unique rare woody oil tree species in China,which is drought-resistant,barren and sand-resistant,and is an excellent pioneer ecological tree species for wind prevention and sand fixation.Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge bark,shell and seed are rich in a variety of bioactive substances,and the effective components are terpenoids,flavonoids,coumarins and other compounds,which have a variety of biological activities such as antitumor,HIV protease inhibition,memory improvement and the like.The petroleum ether extracts and ethyl acetate extracts from the ethanol extract of Xanthoceras sorbifolia husk were studied and their chemical compositions were studied.By column chromatography,repeated chromatography,compound 15 were isolated,and the use of modern spectroscopic techniques references,12 structures were identified compound.Ethyl nonanoate(1),Methyl(2E,3S)-(-)-5-methyldodec-2-enoat(2),Heptadecan-1-ol(3),Pentadecanoic acid(4),4-(8-hydroxy ethyl)cyclohexan-1-oic acid(5),Bungein A(6),?-sitosterol(7),Scopoletin(8),1-oxa-2-azaspiro[4.5]dec-2-ene-8?-ol(9),umbelliferone(10),stigmasterol(11),biscopoletin(12).The Oxford cup method was used to study the antibacterial activity of different polar extracts of xanthoceras sorbifolia husk extract and fractions isolated of n-butanol extract extracted by macroporous resin.The results showed that different polar extraction extracts and fractions isolated had good antibacterial activity against the five indicator bacteria.Among them,the ethyl acetate extract had the best inhibitory effect on the five indicator bacteria.The MIC values were Klebsiella pneumoniae 2.5 ?g/m L,E.coli 10 ?g/mL,Pseudomonas aeruginosa 5 ?g/m L,Staphylococcus aureus.2.5 ?g/m L,Bacillus licheniformis 2.5 ?g/m L.In addition,the DPPH·?·OH scavenging capacity and total reducing power of the different polar extracts of xanthoceras sorbifolia husk extract and fractions isolated of n-butanol extract were evaluated,and their antioxidant activities were evaluated.The results showed that different polar extraction extracts and fractions isolated had different antioxidant activities.
