Since the 21 st century, with the change of people's social lifestyles and the environment, the incidence and mortality of breast cancer are getting higher and higher, which have become one of the most serious diseases that threaten the health and life of women.Breast cancer is the primary "murderer" of malignant tumors that harms women. If it can be detected in the early stage of cancer and undergo certain treatment,it will have an indispensable role for women. It can be seen that strengthen awareness of breast lesions and pretreated it at this stage is the focus of attention in medical research. And in today's society, with the development of computer technology,a variety of imaging technologies are also developing rapidly. As a new technology in the field of ultrasound diagnosis,contrast-enhanced ultrasound can be applied to the examination of multiple organs in the body at presen, and it gradually become mature.Compared with enhanced CT and enhanced MRI,it is cheaper, safer, and more respectable.t.Especially in recent years, the application of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions is more common in the field of ultrasound research as an hot spots, and most research results show that has important guiding significance for the diagnosis of benign and malignant lesions. So far, there are more literatures about breast cancer, less related to breast precancerous lesions, others are only about genetic studies, and imaging studies are very rare.In order to detect breast precancerous lesions in the early stage and improve the detection rate of breast precancerous lesions,it is necessary to improve the understanding of the enhanced performance and the predictive model of breast precancerous lesions. The main content of this paper is divided into four parts:[1] Firstly, the research background, significance, pathophysiological changes and characteristics of precancerous lesions of breast cancer were introduced. The status quo of domestic and international studies on imaging examination of precancerous lesions was summarized. The development of the guidelines for the classification of BI-RADS and the development of contrast-enhanced ultrasound techniques were reviewed.Principles, characteristics, and contrast-enhanced ultrasound contrast-enhanced imaging of breast benign and malignant lesions and breast ultrasound contrast angiography prediction model were summarized.[2] Secondly, focus on the diagnostic value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast precancerous lesions.analyzed the enhanced performance and the predictive model of breast precancerous lesions, and calculated the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy.Using various statistical methods to contrast analysis the contrast-enhanced ultrasound manifestations of breast precancerous lesions and other types of benign lesions. The final results of this paper shows that the contrast-enhanced ultrasound and predictive models have potential value in the diagnosis of breast precancerous lesions, which will help to improve the clinician's emphasis on premalignant lesions and to take interventions in advance. However, there are still many problems waiting to be solved.
