Objective To investigate the correlation between estrogen receptor gene polymorphism(rs1256030,rs1256031,rs1256063)and the prevalence of blood lipids and hypertension in different genders in the Ningxia community. To further clarify the frequency distribution of estrogen receptor ER? single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)in the Ningxia Hui or Han nationality, and to discuss the pathogenesis of the disease from the molecular.mechanism.Methods Using the cluster stratified sampling method, the study was conducted on the middle-aged and elderly Hui or Han nationality of 5 communities of xingqing district and wuzhong city, yinchuan, ningxia.A total of 1850 cases,of which the Han male 717,female684,Hui male 205,female 244,age 45 to 60(including 45 years of age)and > 60 years old, mean age of men 63.78 years, women with an average age of 63.24 years.Using matrix assisted laser desorption ionization time of flight mass spectrometry technology(MassARRAY system)to genotyping samples, analyzed different gender groups of Hui or Han nationality genotyping contact between blood and blood pressure. Results Hardy-Weinberg genetic equilibrium analysis(HWE)by statistical software indicated that the frequencies of rs1256030 and rs1256031 genes have reached a genetic equilibrium in the population, indicating that they are genetically representative. The rs1256063 gene frequency did not reach the genetic balance(P <0.001).(2)The frequencies of genotypes and alleles of rs1256030 and rs1256031 were not statistically significant in the middle-aged and elderly population of Hui or Han nationality.(3)The frequency of LDL abnormalities in rs1256030 genotypes(dominant model: GG/GA+AA)was statisticallysignificant in Han middle-aged men.Individuals with GA/AA genotype after adjusting for testosterone and systolic blood pressure had lower risk of LDL abnormalities than those with genotype GG(OR=0.366,P<0.05).(4)rs1256031 allele(G)and different genotypes(co-expressed model GA and dominant model GG+GA/AA)have different frequencies of TG anomaly in middle-aged and old Hui women.Individuals with GA/GG genotypes after adjusting for body mass index, luteinizing hormone levels, fasting blood glucose levels, and diabetic factors had a significantly lower risk of TG than those with AA genotype(OR=0.437,P<0.05).The rs1256031 codominant genotype GA had a difference in the distribution of LDL abnormalities in middle-aged and elderly males of Han nationality.Individuals with GA genotype after adjusting for testosterone and systolic blood pressure had a significantly lower risk of LDL abnormalities than those with AA genotype(OR=0.353,P<0.05).(5)The recessive genotype of rs1256031 had differences in the distribution of hypertension in middle-aged and old men of Hui nationality. After adjusting for age, body mass index, fasting blood glucose, and other factors, the risk of developing hypertension was lower in individuals carrying genotype GG than in carrying A allele(OR=0.394,P<0.05).Conclusions Estrogen receptor gene polymorphism is associated with blood pressure and blood lipids in different genders of Ningxia community.
