Objective:To compare the relationship between 24-hour urine protein and sleep parameters, sleep stage and other indexes in patients with obstructive sleep apnea/hypopnea syndrome in Xining, and provide reference for the treatment of OSAHS patients with proteinuria. Methods:A total of 101 inpatients with OSAHS confirmed by polysomnography?PSG?were randomly selected from July 2015 to January 2018 in Qinghai University Hospital.According to the urinary protein quantitatively divided into two groups, the experimental group,24 hours urinary protein quantitative?0.15g,44 cases, the control group,24 hours urinary protein<0.15g,57 cases. The basic data, sleep parameters, sleep quality and pulse oxygen saturation?SpO2?of patients in each group were also collected, and the conclusions were obtained through statistical analysis of the demographic and biochemical characteristics of OSAHS patients.Results:1.In the test group, the apnea hypopnea index?AHI?,hypoventilation rate, hypoventilation index?HI?,sleep apnea hypopnea index in rapid eye movement?REM AHI?,sleep average heart rate, sleep apnea hypopnea index in non-rapid eye movement?NREM AHI?are higher than those in control group. In addition, the serological indexes such as white blood cell?WBC?and subtype count, red blood cell?RBC?,hemoglobin?HGB?,neutrophil?NE?and hematocrit?HCT?were significantly higher than those in the control group?P<0.05?.The lastest pulse oxygen saturation?LSpO2?,mean oxygen saturation?MSpO2?and duration of non-rapid eye movement 3?NREM3?were significantly lower than that of the control group?P<0.05?.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the total sleep time?TST?,the duration of non-rapid eye movement?stage 1 and 2?,the duration of rapid eye movement sleep, sleep efficiency?SE?,Micro-arousal?MA?,creatinine?Cr?,blood urea nitrogen?BUN?and uric acid?UA??P>0.05?.2.The REM AHI?OR=1.023,95%CI:1.005-1.041,P=0.012?and MSpO2?OR=0.858,95%CI:0.780-0.944,P=0.002?were the main risk factors in OSAHS patients proteinuria.3.The urinary protein quantification in patients with OSAHS was positively correlated with AHI in the REM phase?r=0.291,P=0.003?and negatively correlated with MSpO2?r=-0.302,P=0.002?.Conclusion:1.Sleep parameters REM AHI and MSpO2 are the major risks factors for proteinuria in patients with OSAHS in Xining area.2.The REM AHI and MSpO2indexes of OSAHS patient are related to the 24 hours urine protein quantitation. With the increase of REM AHI and the decrease of MSpO2,the 24 hours urinary protein increases.
