The Research Of The Effect Of College Students' Social Network Flow Experience On Self-esteem And Loneliness

Flow experience is an important content in research of positive psychology.Immersion experience as a positive experience in the field of study, work, sports, and other positive effect has gained wide attention.And under the network environment, the researchers on the study of flow experience domestic more focused on the negative effects such as Internet addiction, and ignore the first put forward the essential connotation of flow experience.This study aims to the current site background and to explore the structure of college students' social network flow experience social network flow experience for college students' self-esteem, the positive influence of loneliness.Due to the limitations of existing research tools and research methods, this study with the method of combining the situational experiment and questionnaire, the college students' social network flow experience questionnaire, on the basis of the experience with using social networking sites of 552 subjects were investigated, to explore social network flow experience's influence on college students' self-esteem, loneliness. The results showed that:(1) the questionnaire of college students' social network flow experience of good letter validity;(2) the scene experiment condition, the different sex, different degree of social networking websites flow experience no significant main effects on self-esteem and interaction is not significant;Among boys, the low degree of loneliness immersion experience group will significantly higher than that in immersion experience group,medium flow experience group far group is significantly higher than the high flow experience and loneliness that is to say the boy group high immersion experience group are least alone.And on the loneliness score also found that boys group of moderate flow experience in the group of students loneliness score group is significantly higher than the high flow experience;(3) situational experiment under the condition of college students flow experience questionnaire were significantly higher in immersion experience points, different social networking sites use significant differences on the social networking site flow experience,the study found that is not to use the longer, the more active in the social networking site,flow experience, the more intense;But use a mobile phone log on to the higher the frequency of the social networking sites, social networking site flow experience will be more intense.In the social networking site purpose, used for interpersonal communication,information acquisition and analysis, the purpose of the entertainment of college students flow experience more intense.(4) the flow experience in the sense of time distortion, focus, and enjoyable experience could significantly predict self-esteem level, flow experience but can be by myself(positive myself, true self) of the mediation role of indirect prediction self-esteem level;Flow experience enjoyable experience in dimension and concentration can reverse predict loneliness;Pleasurable experience and merge behavior consciousness can reverse predict emotional loneliness;Mindfulness can predict social loneliness;In the remote sense can reverse predict loneliness.
