Study On The Inheritance Of Needlework In Changzhi, Shanxi

This paper is based on the investigation of Changzhi needlework skills and 12 representative inheritors,last for about two years to investigate the needlework in Changzhi area,using oral research methods to collecting the data of the Intangible cultural heritage what are keep in the inheritor's memory,focus on personal experiences,the awareness of intellectual property,the views of the new machine and new technology,analyses the individual factors of the protection of needlework skills.The protection of the Intangible cultural heritage will be impede by the the counterfeit products and the fake inheritors.So the author made detailed investigation of social factors and the pubic policy of the Intangible cultural heritage,find a better way to solve the problems in the protection of the needlework skills.The origin of Changzhi needlework is attributed to the rich natural resources,excellent economic foundation and stable social environment.There are three mainly traditional needlework resources in Changzhi,fabric art,stack brocade and weaving.There are 12 representative inheritors of Changzhi needlework.It is found that the individual attitude will affect the results of protection of the Intangible cultural heritage resources.For example,the male's knowledge level is generally higher than that of female's.They havework experience,the vision is relatively open,they also have the awareness of the intellectual property rights,the sales volume is often better than that of the female inheritors.Female inheritances are living in the countryside,learn the traditional needlework skills from their mother or grandmother,they have to take care of the family's daily life,so they don't have too much time to think how to get much more money by make the needlework.The inherit way of needlework is change now,in the past,the mother teach the skills,but now,people learn the craft skills in school,factory or peers who is living near.In the survey,the author found that some policy constitute by our country have some deviation in the actual implementation.Such as,the counterfeit products will damage the inheritor's interests,hit the enthusiasm of the inheritance and protection of craftsmanship.Not only that,some policy are changing the traditional consumption path of the needlework,the policy forcing the inheritors to reduce the cost of the product transition,and many enterprises were forced to stop production.All of this are description and presentation in this paper.The innovation of this paper is to improve the attention of the oral data of the inheritors,introduce the personal experience of them,put forward the measures to deal with the problems,summary the pattern they use to protect the intangible cultural heritage,set an example to the other regional study.
