Fushan puppetry has a long history, in 2009 successfully applied for the provincial intangible cultural heritage, excellent local culture, it is precious cultural heritage.As a representative of the fushan puppet theatre has gong through two different nature of the operation phase, this paper is to show the situation under the different institutinal context Fushan puppet folk art truope, performance status of folk art troupe, operating conditions and experienced personnel and equipment, troupe artists living conditions carried on the thorough analysis and research.Through old troupe of public and new troupe is purely private, comparing the different stages of the show the different living conditions, explore its survival and the existing problems and puts forward corresponding Suggestions.This paper introduces the basic situation of the Fushan puppet troupe,including the historical tradition of Fushan puppet show,artistic feature of Fushan puppet and based on an overview of the emphasis on the comparison between the old and the new theater, mainly from the old and the new theater performance and operation of financial conditions, personnel and equipment status, artists living condition compares and analyses the four aspects to analyze its ups and downs great change and the present living conditions.Finally on the basis of field survey and the questionnaire from the local government, local people, the artist’s own perspective to analyze the existing problems in the development of its and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
