In recent years, more and more Russians are interested in China and learn Chinese. But because of Chinese and Russian languages are a totally different language systems and characters having their own basic characteristics, therefore, for many Russian Chinese learners, learning Chinese characters is a big problem.The author earlier was Chinese language teacher in Kalmyk State University for one academic year in Russia. Through teaching practice and student’s questionnaire, the authors found that Kalmyk University Chinese faculty first-year students have a lot of problems and difficulties in learning Chinese characters. Through Chinese teachers questionnaire, the author think that the teacher’s Chinese character teaching methods are the same type, very few use games in theirs Chinese character teaching, so in Kalmyk University Chinese faculty, trying to get into the class character’s games is very much needed. In order to solve first-year students problems of their learning Chinese characters, increase the students interest in learning Chinese characters, help them as soon as possible learn Chinese characters, the author on the basis some of popular Russian games, designed 4 different difficulty class game:"guess pinyin", "stickers", "flip the card"’ and "Loto", one of them involve pinyin learning.When design games, the author followed principles of educational games, such as, aiming, purpose, playfulness and competition. The writer designed the games in full on the basis of Kalmyk University Chinese teaching materials.Teaching practice, using characters games before and after students two test grades compare and questionnaire indicate, that the writer designed characters games in the classroom characters teaching have significant effect. This is reflected mainly in two aspects, on the one hand by the students, they welcomed and approved the characters class games, and they expressed, that games help them overcome the fear and difficult emotions in learning Chinese characters, strengthen their Chinese characters memory, increase interest in learning Chinese; on the other hand is enriched Kalmyk University Chinese characters teaching methods, Chinese language teachers realized the game teaching methods have good classroom results; for increase the level of teaching Chinese characters in Kalmyk University and teaching efficiency, class games have played a positive role.
