Working memory model of three-component dating back more than 30 years of history, which provides our initial research work with great theoretical support for the recognition, many studies have been around working memory model of three-component on cognitive strategies, and provides a wealth of research results to explore mechanism of strategies use. With further research, the explanatory power of working memory model of three-component began being questioned.Baddeley et al.(2000) added a new ingredient- the scene buffer(episodic buffer) on the basis of earlier work memory three-component model, and constitutes a new four-component model of working memory. Episodic buffer is considered to be a finite capacity of a variety forms and temporary storage coding system, which combined the new information and long-term memory, and links to conscious awareness of ways to extract. Working memory central executive, phonological loop and visuospatial sketchpad has been supported by many research evidence in mathematics cognitive learning processes, while episodic buffer as a new ingredients proposed in recent years, research has focused on the existence and the relationship between language and reading skills, few research in mathematics. Central Executive is a limited control system, when the episodic buffer coupling long-term memory to store information, its process necessarily requires inhibition the irrelevant information, and select effective information on problem solving, and the central executive inhibition plays an important role.Neuroanatomical mechanisms of executive function mainly based on the hypothalamus of the prefrontal cortex, basal ganglia and cerebellar cortex and cortical loops. Prefrontal cortex damage can cause a series of psychological activities of defects. Studies have shown that cognitive dysfunction is one of the core symptoms of clinical mental illness, mainly related to attention, memory, abstract thinking, information obstacles and other aspects of integration..This study relies on eye movement technique and the choice / no-choice paradigm, use two-digit addition estimation problems, explore the effect of inhibition and the episodic buffer in two digits addition arithmetic strategies use. A total of two researches were included. The first study is to explore the differences of mild mental disorders in episodic buffer function and inhibition functions, and the potential impact on arithmetic strategy selection. The second study use eye movement technology combined with choice / no choice to explore effect on strategies use of the central inhibition and episodic buffer capacity for further investigation and study. The main results are as follows:1. Patients with mild clinical mental illness are worse compared with health comparison groups both in episodic buffer capability and inhibition control ability.2. Participants choose more upward adjustment strategy than downward strategy on distribution.3. The efficiency of individuals' strategy selection and strategy executition is higher after the condition of conflict task,4. The high episodic buffer capacity individuals can transform the visual information completely, and associate the unamiliar task with the long-term representation, and process the tasks in form of block, to find the key area in addition estimation method problem solving, so that the processing efficiency is higher.5. In a two digit addition estimation strategy use, the region of interest 1 and 3 are the first choice target area in the problems resolving of individuals, reflecting that the sequential nature in the performing process of arithmetic addition estimation task of the individuals, the region of interest 1 and 2 are the critical regions in encoding process, reflecting that the processing difficulty and cognitive titer in coding process.6. Clinical participants is obviously worse than the the control group in estimation. The adaptive use of strategies under the conflict conditions was better than baseline conditions.
