Study Of Inheritance Of Intangible Heritage In The Protection Of Traditional Villages

As the renaissance of traditional villages and rural cultural in our society,words like "nostalgia" and "beautiful country" are attracting public attention,and the support from the government offers a rare opportunity for the protection of traditional villages.In May 2012,four ministries launched the national survey of traditional villages.In August of the same year,the four departments issued “The evaluation and identification index system of traditional village(trial)”,and established the Expert Committee on the Protection and Development of Traditional Villages.In April 2014,Ministry of Culture of the People's Republic of China,State Administration of Cultural Heritage and other ministries jointly issued “Directive Opinions on strengthening the protection of Chinese traditional villages”.The protection of traditional villages in China is implementing steadily.On the other hand,more risks and chanllenges come along with the opportunities.In recent years,influenced by the process of urbanization and tourism development,many traditional villages have been impacted in many aspects.Part of the villages,which are losing its cultural traditions and spiritual heritages become specious "specimen".The traditional villagies gradually lose the "soul" with the cultural context being deconstructed.Therefore the protection and heritance of the intangible cultural heritage in traditional villagies has become an important research project.Through the analysis of related theory and practice cases in the protection of intangible cultural heritage in traditional villages,I summed up the principles and strategies of protecting and inheriting the intangible cultural heritage of traditional villages,and explore how to protect the intangible cultural heritage in traditional villages in a reasonable and effective way by applying it on the case of Huangtian Village of Xuancheng City,Anhui Province.The article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction of the background and significance of the study from two aspects: the protection of traditional villages and intangible cultural heritage.This part also defines the basic concepts involved in this article and the methods.The second chapter makes a review of the domestic and abroad research of the protection of intangible cultural heritages in traditional villages and analyses the types and the status of the practice,put forward practical strategies by comparing three typical cases.In the third chapter,combined with the previous analysis and research,I put forward the principles and strategies of the protection and inheritance of the intangible cultural heritage in the traditional villages.Based on the in-depth research of Huangtian village,I list the main intangible cultural heritage projects in the village and evaluate the status of the protection,figure out the practical problems.In the fifth chapter,the paper puts forward concrete strategies and policies from three aspects: cultural space,traditional features and industry.
