The gods resurrection of Leonardo Da Vinci is Russia's silver age writer Merezhkovsky's work belongs to his three Christ-Antichrist novels.The author used sophisticated narrative strategies to create a lonely "two-face" Leonardo Da Vinci who has the characteristics of Christ and antichrist.Merezhkovsky want to promote his new religious thought that Christianity and polytheism will be harmony and unity because of the inspiration of the holy spirit.This work has special genre.It's comply with the creation principles of the novel that according writer's intention to create characters,and has characteristics of biography that keeping the history data as they really are,which widen the train of thought of the novel.The first chapter makes a summary of this paper which introduces works creation thought background and main content.The second chapter analyzes the paper from two aspects,the way the authors deal with historical data and the methods of depicting characters.The aim is to point out Merezhkovsky' narrative features.In the process I outline the text unique image of Leonardo Da Vinci,finding the Leonardo Da Vinci in the text not only voicing the author's new religious ideas but also having the author's self characteristic.The third chapter respectively compares Merezhkovsky's text with Serge Bramly's biography,Big Leonardo Da Vinci,and Dan Brown's novel,The Da Vinci Code,to sear Merezhkovsky's text genre characteristics.By comparison,we find that Merezhkovsky's text and Bramly's text are both preserved the history data as they really are.This shows that Merezhkovsky's text has biographical characteristics.But they also have many differences.Merezhkovsky adopts the method of "shape" to create the text Leonardo Da Vinci.Bramly adopts the method of "reconstruction" to restore the history of Da Vinci.So Leonardo Da Vinci in the two texts has big differences.As well as,although the two writers both write Leonardo Da Vinci,because of having different creation intentions,their genre models are different.Merezhkovsky chooses the novel.Bramly writes the biography.So the character groups in the two texts have both cross section and different parts.Merezhkovsky's text and Dan Brown's text both follow the principle of novel creation that according to the theme need to shape characters.This proved that Merezhkovsky's text is essentially a novel.However,they have a quite different attitude to historical facts.Merezhkovsky respects the historical facts,when Dan Brown rewrites history casually.This underlines the biography features of Merezhkovsky's text.The last chapter mainly to discuss the aesthetic value of narrative form and text feather.This chapter first from the angle of aesthetics,put forward its own aesthetic standard that is novelty.Here to talk about the novel with two aspects,one is fresh and the other is development.I think that represents the development direction of new things with beautiful attributes.Then,under the guidance of the aesthetic standard,we discuss the aesthetic value of text.
