With the development of Chinese International Education Career matures, a growing number of scholars not only pay attention to the influence of language classes for students, and pay attention to academic influence on students, some scholars have greater impact on the academic research, but the attention to study of Regional Culture is still not enough. Therefore, from this perspective, this paper hope to explore the influence of Regional Culture to foreign students. On the other hand, throughout the opening situation of Regional Culture, at least close to 60% of the national colleges and universities have opened the Chinese Literacy Classes,and the number of language class open slightly more than the number of open undergraduate class; From the point of opening number, colleges and universities is more concentrated to open 1 ~ 10. And from the perspective of the opening situation of Regional Culture, the eastern region of colleges and universities open slightly higher than the number in the Midwest, and west region of regional culture on the opening ratio of the whole academic share more. In addition, the regional culture of different universities have different number and contents of the present situation. Therefore, this paper argues that it is very necessary to explore the Regional Culture in the process of opening need to follow the law and should pay attention to the problem.Writing main body part of this article based on the theory of CIPP evaluation model, according to the background evaluation, input evaluation, process evaluation and result evaluation of the four stages of theoretical guidance, which is based on the questionnaire and interviews, to understand students and teachers of Jiangxi literacy and the perspectives of teaching activities and teaching material view, thus summarizes the opening process of Jiangxi literacy class teaching from scratch and in the whole implementation process of the impact on the students and how the final results. Through the feedback, some teaching workers in the spread of Regional Culture exists misunderstanding of the concept. They simply from the ontology of the culture, believed that only really spread the essence of Regional Traditional Culture for students is to achieve the goal of communication. There are even teaching workers spreading philosophy to students. But according to the students' ability and the feedback effect this is not ideal. This neglected of the students' subjective demand of teaching, in fact just aggravated the degree of students' fear of Jiangxi culture. Therefore, the author for the purpose of helping the International Students understand the regional culture better, insist that takes the student as the main body, guided by the student interest, lets the student in the era of possesses the characteristics of Regional Culture Class experience and feel the local culture, and really fall in love with and keen to spread the regional culture. Therefore, this article mainly from two aspects, on the one hand, on the reform of the existing Curriculum Plan; On the other hand to explore the regional culture in other classes, and open the possibility of junior period. In addition, to meet the need of students for teaching material, this paper write the feasible opinion and the suggestion for the teaching material and write related sample imposed for textbook writers for reference.
