With the upgrade of times,and the development of arts and culture,there are more and more outstanding dancing works emerging in this era,however they are inseparable from a timeless theme,that is,rhythm and cadence.More and more domestic dancing works are come up with,including folk dance,Chinese classical dance,modern dance and contemporary dance........The theme of dance is so rich,which is taken from life and goes through the process of refined,innovated and accomplished.In this process,there is a detail called rhythm processing and rhythm sublimation.Dancing rhythm is from external body,but dancing cadence is within from internal body,which forms the style of whole work.No rhythm no dancing,no cadence no masterpiece.This article analyzed and researched the dancing works,using the methods of targeted analysis,working analysis,and literature inductive method and experienced conclusively method;this paper summarizes the method of using rhythm and cadence in the field of music,architecture,art,language arts and let the creative process of dance rhythm and cadence gradually clear,which tease out the characteristics of independent relationship,interactive relationship,extending relationship and overlapping relationship of rhythm and cadence.Exploring the rhythm and cadence is close with people's lives;these two factors sometimes are mutually unified,but sometimes are away from each other.Sometimes,the work understands people's characters,sometimes strengthens people's emotion,so that the work contents become ups and downs.In addition,this is the main idea of this paper that uses chart to show the results of dancing works.Eventually,the regular of rhythm and cadence dance is extracted;it can be more obvious that indicating the importance of both rhythm and cadence to dance creation and performance.
