This study mainly analyzed the development status of filial piety, parent-child relationship and well-being, and the status of the demographic variables and the correlation among the three factors. Meanwhile, the study also discussed parents-children relationship playing mediating effect between filial piety and well-being. The paper used a questionnaire research method to examine 554 college students, and conducted statistical analysis by SPSS 19.0 and Amos17.0, the main conclusions are as follows:1. The college students' identity of the mutual filial piety belief is higher, the parent child relationship and well-being are in the middle level.2. There are gender, grade and major differences in filial piety of college students, there is no difference between students, only and non-only.3. College students' parent-child relationship of certain dimensions exist gender, grade, students, only and non-only difference, there are no major differences.4. College students' well-being of individual dimensions exist gender, grade, students, only and non-only difference, there is no significant difference of professional.5. There is a significant positive correlation between College Students' filial piety belief, parent child relationship and well-being.6. The belief of the mutual filial piety, the belief of the authority and the parent child relationship can effectively predict the happiness.7. Parent child relationship is the intermediary variable that influences the well-being of filial piety, in the belief that the mutual filial piety and well-being play a partial intermediary role, in which the authority of filial piety and well-being play a complete mediation.
