Traditional Villages Of Public Space Protection Methods And Utilization Strategies In The Case Of Village Xiaodianhe In Henan Province

With the development of the economy, traditional villages in our country is suffering from fast construction, blind development, tourism exploitation, changing dramatically in the price of losing its own characteristics. Even the building muscle and internal structure is transformed inappropriately. In a word, the traditional village is disappearing. In connection with the above situation, it is high time to explore prompt solution to protect and make better use of the traditional village.Based on the concept, classification, value and significance of traditional villages,this paper concludes that it is necessary to protect the traditional village. As an important part of traditional villages, traditional village public space protection and utilization of traditional village public space is the most important part of the traditional village protection work.As one of the first batch to be selected as the traditional Chinese village, Village Xiaodianhe has a long history and is constructed in a unique way. From the perspective of the distinctive features, current statues and the transform of lifestyle and environment of the original residence, this essay is going to study the public space of Village Xiaodianhe to explore its characteristics and general rules.
