The body is the most intuitive subject in human communication, the idiom is a kind of important words in Chinese vocabulary. According to The dictionary edition "Chinese Idioms Dictionary"(New Edition) as the research scope,we study 31 head body parts of the morpheme of 1237 idioms and explore idiom semantics, semantic classification and usage of metaphor cognition.In the head part of the morpheme, with "mu" of idioms number is the largest, "kou" times. "shou" and "tou", "kou" and "zui", "ya" and "chi" belong to three groups of words with synonyms replacement. "mian" and "lian", "mu" and "yan" is a non synonymous substitutions of two groups of words. "Yan", "mu", "touv", "shou" and other 31 head morphemes in the idiom meanings have been reduced a lot, and in the idiom of the morpheme meaning mostly is the original meaning.The meaning of the head body idioms mostly describe the characters and narrative. In the description of the characters' inner activity, emotion, mental state,body parts most often used by people's eyes and mouth, eyebrows etc.. Idiom is used to represent rhetoric about parts of the body. The most common is the "kou", "zui" and the semantics of idioms are derogatory. When describing the beauty of a woman, the Chinese idiom often use figurative rhetoric.This paper explores the metaphorical meaning of the 4 groups of Idioms from the Siwon domain. 22 kinds of body parts the head morpheme semantic image features include morphology, location and function features. Morphology of the most prominent body parts morpheme has "yan", "zui", "ya", "chi", "she";spatial characteristics of the most prominent has seven: "tou", "shou", "mian", "lian", "e", "jia", "mei"; features the most prominent have three: "ding", "mu" and "kou";semantic as prominent features not typic has seven: "nao", "lu", "sai", "yi", "jie", "jing", "chun".The head body parts idioms morpheme category in cognitive metaphor have significant spatial position and function significantly. The head is located in the body of the upper part and the front end and the upper space is remarkable.The metaphorical meanings of idioms and the first morpheme prominent upper or top ofrighteousness; "mian" and "lian" are with other parts of the body in the attachment,reflecting the significance of the whole body and the center of the main space position significantly. Function was reflected that some type of head position is an indispensable and has an important function to human or other animal activities,highlighting its function, such as "yan" ? "mu".
