Attribution style refers to the individual event for the problems, a tendency to reflect the process of the decision made the reason of reasoning.Attribution everywhere in life, is an important part of individual psychological development, but also affect an important indicator of adolescent mental health quality.There are many factors that affect the attribution style, national psychology and one of them. The national psychology through the national consciousness of ethnic groups, personality, culture, religion etc. influence attribution thinking, individual national causal schema, so that each nation formed its own unique ethnic psychology, ethnic attribution style. Mongolia is one of the most important minority nationalities in our country, the influence of national psychology the unique form is different from the attribution style of other nations. In the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Hohhot City, living in Mongolia and the Han people Many people. Under the same life and geographical, Mongolian and Han students in attribution style is different, in which dimension difference, resulting in what is the reason for this, according to different national enhance its attribution methods are the same, how to improve the Mongolian students attribution style.This study adopts cluster random sampling method, Multidimensional-Multiattributional Causality scale (MMCS) of Hohhot City in two junior high school to third grade Mongolian, Han students attribution style questionnaire; using semi-structured interviews, to different attribution style, different nationalities, grade, gender, student's region were in-depth interviews. From interpersonal and academic achievement of two side face makes a comparative study of Mongolian and Han students attribution, from the angle of national psychology analysis of two national high school students produce differences of implicit reason and all dimensions of different causes. Results are as follows:1, generally speaking, the Mongolia nationality and Han students attribution style comparison, Mongolia people tend to be more internal, stable factors, Han is more inclined to external, unstable factors;2, In the academic attribution:Mongolia and Han nationality students in academic situations, luck, external control there are significant differences between the three scores; all differences between Mongolia and Han nationality boys dimensions is not significant, the girls in the academic context, luck, external control score, there are significant differences of academic scores, in other dimensions. Is not obvious; Mongolia and Han nationality students in academic effort, there are significant differences in the total score, grade two students in various dimensions were not significantly different, the students in the academic effort, there are significant differences in internal control score, no significant difference in other dimensions; Mongolia nationality, Han City students in various dimensions are different. The rural middle school students, only to have significant differences on the dimensions of the school, there was no significant difference in the other dimensions;3, in the interpersonal attribution:Mongolia and Han nationality students in interpersonal interpersonal situations, interpersonal effort, luck there are significant differences in three dimensions; Mongolia nationality, there are differences in interpersonal Han boys luck, girls in interpersonal situations, internal scoring efforts, there are significant differences in other dimensions, the difference is not obvious; Mongolia family, Han students in interpersonal dimensions do not exist significant differences, students in interpersonal interpersonal situations, interpersonal effort, luck, there is obvious difference of interpersonal score, students in interpersonal situations, there are significant differences in interpersonal luck, there is no difference in other dimensions; Mongolia nationality, Han City there are significant differences in interpersonal luck, otherwise there are no significant differences of the rural middle school students, there was no significant difference in all dimensions.Thus draw the conclusion:compared to the two peoples, Mongolian tend to internal, stable, Han more inclined to external, unstable factors; different national academic and interpersonal attribution difference; national internal gender, grade, urban and rural areas of the academic and interpersonal return due to different dimensions also have different effects. Finally, according to the conclusions all round view put forward certain suggestions.
