At present, many Chinese universities to take credit, the school management is relatively relaxed, students free space increases, procrastination will come out, but the delay is a common behavioral problems that affect the health and condition of the individual studies. From the perspective of psychology, college is a critical period of the formation of individual life and values, the main activities of students as learning, student satisfaction with their studies easily affect other areas(such as employment, marriage, etc.) attitude, and self regulated learning ability also affect the student's academic status thereby affecting students' academic satisfaction. Students learn how to make self-regulated learning, reduce delays, enhance their academic satisfaction, improving the quality of higher education, promote increased employment rate is an urgent problem.The purpose of this study was to investigate the ability of self-regulated learning have any effect on college students' academic satisfaction, and to further investigate the extent of the delay in starting self-regulated learning and what role between academic satisfaction. In this study, 560 college students as the research object, mainly collecting data questionnaires by descriptive statistics, t test, analysis of variance, regression analysis and analysis of the mediating effect of valid samples were analyzed to obtain the following results:(1) college students' self regulated learning ability is in the middle and upper levels. The gender differences in learning motivation is higher than male students, learning motivation and social resources utilization dimension scores are significantly higher than other grades, freshmen's learning motivation is significantly lower than other grades, the social resources ability is significantly lower than the four major three students; behavioral performance is significantly higher than other professional students; the use of social resources in the resource capacity of rural students is significantly higher than urban students.(2) college students' procrastination is at a moderate level. The degree of procrastination is not significant in gender, grade, professional and only child. In the source of students, the delay of rural students is significantly lower than that of big cities, middle and small cities and urban students.(3) college students' academic satisfaction is in the middle and upper level. The academic satisfaction and the different dimensions in the grade difference significantly, freshman learning satisfaction was significantly higher than two, the teaching satisfaction and hardware satisfaction was significantly higher than three, two and four students. The hardware satisfaction in the difference was significant, the satisfaction of big cities was significantly lower than the urban and rural students(4) the total score of self regulated learning ability and delay into significant negative correlation and can significantly predict the degree of delay; self regulated learning ability total score and each dimension and academic satisfaction are significantly positively correlated, and can significantly predict academic satisfaction; procrastination plays a partial mediating role between self regulated learning and academic satisfaction.
