As early as several thousand years ago, Confucius said, there are three stages of learning: The first, to master knowledge and skills by learning;The second, to grasp the method that can learn knowledge and skills efficiently; The third is the emotional level, refers to as learning a pleasure, and able to make happy, reflects the learning subject well-being. Learning subject well-being including cognition and emotions. Refers to the students’ satisfaction and pleasure before learning, in learning process, even after learn evaluation. Learning is the most important thing in pupils’ life, Primary school students experience of satisfaction, pleasure in learning is closely related to children’s subject well-being. Although the ministry of education has repeatedly emphasize Quality Education, but also there is a remark. "Don’t let children lose on the starting line", Where is the starting line, parents who hope their children will have a bright future have their own opinion. Mom and dad eagerly give the "best education" to the children. Parenting Style has important and far-reaching influence to the children. In this paper, we will study the relationship of the learning subject well-being and parenting style.Academic procrastination is a problem cannot be ignored. Previous studies have shown that pupils will be more or less academic procrastination. And procrastination will lead to feeling of anxiety and negative emotions. All around of us, we can observe this phenomenon, parents or teachers feels very angry with students just because pupils cannot complete homework on time. In this paper, the students from Grade Four/Five/Six as research subjects, using self report method to study the effect of parenting style and academic procrastination on learning subjective well-being.The results of the study are as follows:(1)In terms of learning subjective well-being, there is a significant difference in gender and grade.(2)In terms of parenting style: Parents educate their children mainly with the emotion warmth,and then over-interruption or punishment severely. Parents’ over-interruption and punishment serverly will gradually reduce with the increase of children’s grades,Parents educate boys with more over-interruption or punishment than girls.(3)In the aspect of academic procrastination, boys than girls are more likely to have academic procrastination, but there are not significant difference in grade.(4)The relationship between learning subjective well-being and parents’ style, parents’ emotional warmth and over-interference and father’s over-protection are related positively to learning subjective well-being. Parents educate children with more emotion warmth and proper over-interruption will improve children’s learning subjective well-being.(5)The relationship between learning subjective well-being and academic procrastination, There is a significantly negative correlation between academic procrastination with learning subjective well-being and each dimension has a significant negative correlation. That is to say, the more academic procrastination, the less learning subjective well-being.(6)The relationship between parenting style and academic procrastination: There is a significant negative correlation between parents’ emotional warmth and academic procrastination. parents punish severely, ejection enial and mother’s over-interference are related positive to academic procrastination.That is to say, parents educate children with more emotional warmth will reduce the children’s academic procrastination. And more severe punishment,over-interference,rejection and denial will increase child’s procrastination.(7)As the result of the study, academic procrastination plays partial intermediary role between parents’ emotional warmth and earning subjective well-being.
