The practical quality of Ethics requires for moral interpretation and answer to euthanasia certainly.The ethical research of euthanasia legislation is of great theoretical and practical significance.Firstly,this paper establishes rational views and attitudes to euthanasia by “philosophical thoughts of death”.Then,it analyzes and rebuts the various kinds of wrong views and attitudes about euthanasia.I criticize the view of euthanasia being contrary to the principle of sacred life.I criticize the orientation utilitarianism of euthanasia.I criticize the views that euthanasia violates the basic duty of the doctor to save lives and impedes medical progress.I criticize the view of euthanasia leading to moral decline.Then I argument the moral rationality of euthanasia based on it above.It includes four aspects.Euthanasia respects for the patients.Euthanasia is beneficial to the patients.Euthanasia does not harm to others and society.Euthanasia is a requirement of social justice.They apply the principles of respect?benefit?no hurt and justice.The difference of legal and moral decides that we can not transform moral requirements into legal norms directly by proving euthanasia moral rationality.The Study on euthanasia legislation needs knowledge of Law Ethics about moral conversing to law and moral judgment to law.The issue of moral conversing to law includes necessity and specific way.We also need avoid the moral tendency of law in it.The moral judgment to law is to ensure the formulated laws being good and prevent draconian.That moral rationality and legislation of euthanasia is both universal and particular.It is related to a certain historical stage of social development and national culture closely.Based on this thinking,I give some brief suggestions to China euthanasia legislation.Legalization of euthanasia is a rational expectation to modern people.The premise of legalization is justification of moral rationality.Euthanasia legislation is not just a moral issue.It is also limited by many social factors and conditions,including technology.Therefore,even if that the euthanasia legislation obtains moral support,people still should maintain a fearing attitude and give cautious response based on the actual situation of the country and nation.
