A Study Of The Regeneration Logic And Mechanism Of Netspeak From Semiotic Perspective

This paper mainly discusses the Netspeak logic and the mechanism of regeneration.With the rapid development of the popularization of computer and Internet, Netspeak arises at the historic moment.This kind of language with its humorous, simple and clear, strong personality characteristics favored by the masses of young people.They use this unique form of language on the Internet to communicate, create new Netspeak every now and then.This kind of Netspeak is not in conformity with the rules of grammar phenomenon occurs frequently, and some have already become people's daily communication medium, this phenomenon has aroused the attention of many scholars.They make researches from social linguistics, rhetoric, lexicology, intercultural communication, etc. But there is few studies that is on how does the Netspeak regenerate.In view of this, this thesis from the perspective of semiotics, according to the analysis of the motivation of regeneration of Netspeak, looking for the regeneration Way of Netspeak and what is the basis of its regeneration. This study is to expect this study can be a tentative supplement of regeneration mechanism of Netspeak.This thesis discusses mainly based on the following two corpora: first, the author through discussion or diving watch from a network chat rooms, BBS etc and collection of Netspeak.The second, which is the most main, is based on the northwest normal university foreign language college President Cao Jin who led the team in July 2014 to create Netspeak corpus of northwest normal university, as of October 2015 team entry has reached 9000. In this thesis, a large number of Netspeak corpus mainly in order to get data and main argument.This research uses the qualitative method, using corpus examples, and natural observation method, which also contains a description of the corpus, observation, analysis, comparison and other methods.By collecting a large number of corpus and part of the existing data, the author made a description and analysis of the result of the research.This thesis consists of six parts.The first chapter elaborated this article research background, research significance and research purposes.The second chapter briefly reviews the domestic and foreign research achievements about Netspeak, and summarizes the research results both at home and abroad as well as the innovation of this article.The third chapter presents the theoretical basis for this paper, including Roland barthes' s cultural semiotics, Jacques Derrida's theory of philology, the fourth chapter discusses the research questions of this study which is based on self-built corpus on the basis of collection and research methods and research steps.Fifth chapter to Roland barthes' s theory of semiotics, Jacques Derrida's philology theory as the theoretical basis, cultural symbol from the network characteristics, network forming motivation, ways of cultural symbol to analyze the Netspeak logic and mechanism of regeneration.The specific scope includes, signified and signifier, signification, differance, regeneration, etc.This research uses the qualitative method, which also contains descriptions of corpus, observation, analysis, contrast and other methods.By collecting a large number of corpus and part of the existing data, the author made a description and analysis of the result of the research.Chapter six concludes that research has shown that the regeneration of the Netspeak and ancient Chinese, foreign language, dialect, alphabet, Numbers, and the social hot spots are closely associated.These factors are constantly promote the formation of Netspeak and its regeneration.
