Study On Rules And Causes Of Using Of "?" In Criminal Law

Academic circles already begun to study the rules of using "?", and got rich achievements, but it was only limited in ontology research. Despite the rules of using "? " in the Criminal Law has its unique features, academic circles is involved. Based on the perspectives of syntactic and semantic in the Criminal Law,this article respectively detailed the rules of using "?" of modification-head structure,which have forms of single-attributive and multiple-attributive. The article will divide single-attributive into the words and phrases, and combining the semantic relationship between attributive and central word to analysis the rules of using "?".Then this paper discuss the rules of using "?" of multiple modification-head structure from the perspectives of words and phrases as attributive. At last, based on plate principle, prosody principle and salience principle, this thesis explain the reasons of rules of using "?".
